Had been using the service for past two years, finally got rid of it. Reception is poor and slightly bad weather will immediately affect most channels.Manually resetting channels is routine, especially if you want your favorite channel back. Payment system is also very old, scratch-card based. The secret card number often doesnt renew your subscription because their recipient number doesnt work. Its a miracle this service exists in the 21st century.At time of closing my connection, had to call their helpine for three weeks but no one came. Finally got a call to come to their office to close the connection. I went the next day after removing all their equipment by myself (antenna and box etc.) and found out they sent me to wrong office. Nevertheless my connection was finally closed and I got rid of it.For anyone looking to apply for DWN, please avoid and look for other alternatives.

It is the most pathetic service on Earth . Shameless customer service representatives. Keep their numbers busy. Never listen or fix any issue regarding DWN cable. Last but not the least their recharging card isnt working now. I bought it last week. Scratch it and it doesnt work. Shame on you all DWN team.

It is the literal worst dont use it not much channels come . stops all the timeno rewind. ptcl and nayatel are better

Firstly it is economical and it has no such channel for which you need to apply parental control.Improvement: call center services are really below the mark.

DWN is first Pakistani digital wireless network TV, providing 100+ channels at about Rs.500 per month through recharge cads. The picture quality is good. This the best option if someone does not like PTCL connection to have smart TV.

Worst service. I used it for more than two years. I call the manager to update channels many times but they never listens. I even register a complaint but nothing happened. They are pathetic in providing services. They dont have any useful channel, most of their channels are repeated two times to increase the channel count.

Worst ever Digital Cable network, zero customer services, highly unorganized beurucritic and a desi network, you can only watch PTV instead of choosing this....

I was unable to find their office, I called them many times to get guidance but nobody picked up the phone. However I managed to reach office finally, staff I met there was cooperative.
