Any body subscribing for watching sports please dont bother. For live coverage of matches they will ask for email; & decisions will be taken usually morning next to matches; when their excellency seniors will arrive. Alternatvely they will change the channel right in the middle of the match.

Nayatel was a very reputed company, they offered Internet service, Phone service and TV services as their major. They also offered web hosting and domain registration services. Furthermore they also offered different Value added services .In the very beginning their service was very good but as time passed they lunched in Faisalabad and Peshawar and the stander and quality decreased. They were once the Big palyers but soon they will be one to the flowers who have to learn from other.I hope they should timely take action and should improve their customer care service.

Staff is highly professional and my issue always gets solved unlike most of the other ISPs. And its better to get a connection from them as for the prices the connections they are offering are really good. 12mbps speed is like 2900 if Im not wrong could be a 100 higher but compared to ptcl which offers 6mb its a much better deal. Though keep in mind that it takes from 7-15 days for the connection to install. But very well worth it :)

Worst ISP ever, even worst than PTCL. Ive been asking them for a connection for 2 years and you wont believe me their fibre optic distribution box is just 20 steps away from my home.
