It is understandable to be incompetent. But forcing people to suffer your incompetence by limiting other able service providers is just criminal. Probably a sin too.

Pathetic cable service provider in the town. Every week I have been forced to lodge a complaint against cable fault. Their technical staff come, repair it and the cables again gone in next 4-5 days.

No concept of time management. Staff promises a time and then no show. Dont recommend them at all. Pretty sure its owned by Dajjal.

I have asked new connection. More than 2 weeks have gone. Apart from many remindrr so far no conection. Just suvived due to monapoly.

Dont attend the complaint at priority

Totally unsatisfactory services in Sector F, DHA1.Majority of the time the duty person for noting the complaint are not available to note the complaints.

Most pathetic service I have ever seen. Transworld plus Teleman. Transworld sales man are liars. They told me in advance that total I have to pay for HD Digit Box and Internet and 2 Month Free Internet plus ONT device Rs. 14000. After one month I received the bill of Teleman and they charged me 11,000 separately for their ONT of TV and 5000 for HD Box. Even after paying upfront to Transworld I still dont own the I ternet ONT device. I have used Nayatel for 4 years and I never had any problem. I get to owned the devices as well.In 4 Months time, every month I face fiber issues and teleman service staff is useless. They cant find the problem for days. Every Month my Internet and TV services gets disrupted and still I get charged fully.Worst decision by selecting services of Teleman and Transworld.

One of the most pathetic service provider i ever came across whoever looks at this please never get this first there internet is the worst in pakistan trust me u are better off without this internet second they will never take your call third if by mistake they take you call trust me they will act like they are doing your a favour picking your call they have no manner at all how to deal with costumersThe biggest monoply they dont let better service providers to enter the area they gonna get sued by someone pretty soon
