One of the best 3 star hotels in rawalpindi.Ac .. heater.. hot shower .. fridge ... complimentary breakfast.. lift... alot of space for parking.

I must give five star to this hotel. Experience was very good, inside environment is quite and staff is very friendly, caring and cooperative. Room service need some improvement but overall is not so bad.Very clean hotel and they follow Covid-19 SOPs,Lunch and dinner also they can provide in room as per menu or rates, breakfast is included complementary but it need some attention. They need to add more items.

OverAll very best for families, excellent service, safe environment but just need to train receptionist that how to talk with guest. I checked in morning at 5Am, before check in i called twice on PTCL nmbr of the hotel but nobody picked up, then i reached hotel and asked receptionist about ptcl nmbr then he said yahan to koi call ni aayi, i showed him nmbr on my phone, he said ye nmbr hmara ni hai or ap ne jo puchna hai wo puchen, hm 3500 lety hen ek kmry ka, then i said, i know i used to stay in ur hotel he said, to phir bs baat khatam nmbr ka kya krna hai ...His behaviour was sooo rude...

Grace crown hotel is centrally located at committee chowk Rawalpindi, I stayed there for five days, very good environment inside and staff is very friendly, rooms are neat and clean. Room service and internet service needs some improvement.Breakfast included in room charges but they need to add more items, otherwise it’s a very good hotel in town to stay.

Spacious rooms. Real nice hot water available. Adequate services for the price. Heater starts after 12am, which is not good at all in winters. Rooms become really cold in winters especially end dec.

The Worst 3-star hotel, i have ever visited.Is located on a busy road, and one cannot stay or sleep peacefully owing to high noise of traffic even at midnightCharges a high rent, but doesnt provide any heating facility in winters. Although heaters have been installed in each room, but arent functional even today on13/12/2019. Rooms are too cold to stay in. No action is taken on any complaint/request. The only response is false excuses. Will not ever Suggest this hotel to any one in my life.

T is quite classic and good hotel.. I really njoyed the atmosphere nd as well as the management. Parking area is much comfortable.

Rooms are nice. Rate is reasonable. Food is good. House keeping need improvement as blanket given to me was full of visible dust. I gave my suit for ironing the ruiend the suit using high heated iron.

Car parking is ok, staff is helpful and responsive. Bathroom is not good but room is spacious but noisy. No sound insulation of windows towards road side. The worst thing is noise.
