Overall hotel was not bad but due to heavy rain on that there was no electricity and their generator too didnt work for three hours.

Average hotel @ reasonable rates, 24 hrs hot water available. Genset backup only available during night time, wc and comode both available in washrooms

Poor services of the hotel made me very sad. The managers are very low standard they are morely and ethically very ill Even they dont know how to deal with the customers and guests .Our room was full of water which came out from washrooms i took the pics and inform the managerial staff .but they even didnt do any thing . So i left the hotel. Very poor services and not fit for familiesI will not recommended this for any one

I want to give a brief review about this hotel.1. StaffStaffs miscommunication was very disturbing for us. One staff member told that the breakfast is complimentary, another staff member communicated it 300 rupees and one staff member charged us 400 rupees for breakfast.Staff member Zubair misbehaved with us and harassed by saying to leave the hotel at night.One example of miscommitment from staff is not giving complete breakfast (mentioned in menu in below picture). They only gave one paratha, egg and tea per person.2. RoomRooms are smaller (can be seen in the picture below)Our room fan was making noise and it was irritating. Window in the room are locked and it makes the room smelly and suffocated.Tap and shower in the bathroom was out of order.Switch boards out of order and loose.Internet rarely works so dont rely on it.3. Food and memuThey also charge 25% of total bill of food to deliver it for you. This is loot from this hotel. If necessary, the charges of delivering foods can be fixed. Charging 25% is loot.

I stayed at this hotel with my friends while we visited the northern areas in June. Great staff, great suite room (standard room was bit small). Breakfast was good, they arranged the bus for us last min. All in all great hotel.

I came here with friends. This hotel have very poor management. They even dont know the respect of guest.Before taking the room check their kitchen. They provide very poor food.Other then food the most critical thing is the staff is very idiot .even they dont know how to deal with guest

Rooms are very dirty, no cleanliness, very rude and ill mannered staff. Water issue. Very noisey and smelly environment. Washrooms water are coming in rooms. The most JAHIL and ill literate people they are.

No service at the counter. The gent at the counter over night Spoke in a very bad manner, when asked about the dinner time he had no idea and said when its ready We will call you.The food for us took hours, when the food arrived it was cold.Cold meat and veg got served.The shower did not have hot and cold option it only run cold water, didnt have shower.The ride back to the airport by the their driver, the bearded gent who also led the prayers was excellent and very polite.

Clean rooms with air conditioner facility.Not the best a but a good place to stay over especially during the work trips.Have 2 kinds of rooms, deluxe and suite. Deluxe with a double bed a good size bathroom charged at 2000 to 2500 per night.Suite has a separate sitting area with TV and separate bedroom charged around 3500 or 4000 per night. Located at IJP road when coming from Kashmir Highway take the IJP exit and come right to the signal which straight leads to Rawalpindi Stadium and Expressway if turned left. Turning right from that signal brings you to this destination on your left just next to PSO fuel station.
