The room that i booked for 5 person is 204. Which is perfect from all aspects. Reception and services are very good and responsive. And most important the hotel is very neat and clean

Al Waqqas Hotel is quite good. All the prices are reasonable. Staff is very friendly and Co-Operative. The environment is not a luxury environment because it is not a 5 star hotel. It is maybe I can say a 3 star hotel kinda thing.Talking about prices, I had paid 2300 for a 5-6 person room and in current time period, I dont think so that 2300/- is a lot of money. Its a very reasonable price.There is also an underground parking available as well as infront of the hotel.There is also AlWaqqas Restaurant and you will not get in trouble finding food. You can just pick up a phone placed in your room and place an order.Apart from all these, I would give a 9/10 to a room. Because maybe I cant find many electric sockets in the room . Other than that Room is Okay. You will get a warm water in winters as well.Thats it for the review. I hope that you will find it useful :)

One of the best hotel in mid point area of Islamabad and Rawalpindi thats Faiz Abad. Its adjacent to Faisal movers bus stop, if you are coming from Out of City, almost every bus service would drop you here.It has proper safe underground area for Parking as well. Having 2,3,4 bed occupancy rooms with WiFi and room service.Highly recommend for middle class people to stay. They provide room ranging from 2000-5000.

Heating system was good. Mash ki daal is must try thing there and dont eat b.b.q it was very bad and taste less. Over all it was ok to spen a night not more then this.

It was good experience to spend 2nights . The location is awsom... Good service attach bath/toilet warm water. Laundry/ironing facility. Big rooms, free wifi.Its so economical place. We 3frnds spend 2nights in a room of 3 beds. And the bill was just 3500.

Generally, good hotel at easy location. Maintained well but need little more attention on cleaness. It has main access from Murree Road and also from back on Faizabad Bus Adda.

A reasonable pricing makes this place as a right choice for people visiting Rawalpindi Islamabad.

I wish there was a Zero stars option. Firstly I was lied to about a room with A/C which clearly wasnt working. As well as all the Plugs in the room, the in house telephone to ring reception, the TV & toilet flush were all not usable. To top it off I was told my room key would be sent to me from reception by someone claiming to be the owner. After I fell asleep for a few hours I went to enquire about it they insisted it was in the room. When I protested (in a mild manner) the person at the desk shouted at me saying I had been here so many hours & now Im complaining. I told him I had travelled many hours & needed my rest but I had been assured Id receive the room key promptly at the time of my initial complaint (later they admitted there was no room key as a visitor had taken it sometime previously by accident) . They kept my ID card which was way over the top & withheld my change when Id given full payment upfront. To top this off I was told my room being unlocked as I went outside is no big deal & I should get over it. Funnily enough I told them to leave the reception area for a few hours & lets see if it would be no big deal if people went in & out of the building. Of course they werent going to do that. Eventually they allowed a room change which was worse than the 1st room. I was totally fed up but having paid all up front I had no choice. They had two cleaning staff for 40 rooms or more who they treated like dirt.
