Among ten counters only one is operational and one has to wait in a long queue for his or her turn. Additional they are not customer centric like if its break time they will go for a break even if there customer waiting in queue and already have a token in hand. There should be some process like dont issue a token 30 minutes before the break so that bank clears the queue when its break time.

Uncooperative staff at saddar branch. I used to go to D-Chowk islamabad branch. The staff there is very helpful and cooperative. Because of COVID i had to go to Saddar branch. Worst experience.

I have PLATINUM visa debit card but the new one I got was simple debit card... contact number they give is not being attended ... RM sahab this is your level of service for priority members ...i wonder what you must be doing with non-priority customers

Non coperative staff specially for withdraw of forign currency. Priority banking service is joke for normal person with priority banking category. This service for their own wish of costomers or i dont understand in last 10years. Whenever approched for this service, staff here said for normal counter procedure. I have been sitting here for last one hour and waiting for my turn to deposit the amount. Meanwhile, many people visited counters bypassing the people in queue (Sifarshi). Out of 8 cash counters inly two are operational and after waiting for one hour, my turn may come after 30 more minutes. Pathetic cash counter services they are offering

I had been there for first and the last time. There 09 counters and only 02 were operating. I wanted to cash a cheque, which took more than 02 hours. Very pthetic management. Moreover the tip top highly paid ladies on reception were also non cooperative. I was really disappointed with such poor service. Any one please share the offical email of manger of this branch, so that i can launch complain. I suggest all to never open account in this bank.
