Good staff and usually no crowded place in normal days. Overall its a good branch.

Horrible service. If I could I would give this branch -5 star.The individual we met was rude and had zero communication skill. Worst branch of UBL. Went to a different branch and experience was completely different.I had foreign passport n wanted to open an account. Bank rep said you need company stamp on the paystub I provided. I mentioned that my company doesn’t have access to my paystub due to strict privacy laws. I print my own paystubs through online access my company has provided me. I also asked politely if the rep could go and ask the branch manager. But the rep reply rudely saying “well you can go ask the bm yourself” and throws my documents at me.I did lose my temper after that and went straight to BMs office but he took no action at all.Horrible experience and i recommend NOT going to this branch. People that work here are stupid.

Its service is good. Staff is cooperative. Overall United Bank ranks very high.
