Awful experience!! I came here after I was told the system was down at Scheme 3 branch. The queue was reaching till the entrance! 2 counters were empty! Only 1 was processing the remittances, which were done by an inefficient person! Many people in this country work as if they are doing favor to others by working, for the job they’re paid for!! A*******!
I am an account holder here, pathetic service in all matters. Twice I went there in two weeks to change my mobile number, but still it isnt changed. Next time I go there, they will give me a new excuse. Pathetic service. I wish they focus more on real services as much they focus on online activity.
Cantt branch UBL at a junction point in front of general post office Saddar. Nice location but there is hardly any parking space for visitors.
Although it is one of the pioneer banks in Pakistan and this branch was established decades ago, it used to be a state owned bank and couple of years ago it was privatised but the attitude and behaviour of the staff remained like a typical Pakistani govt department, very rude and unprofessional towards the customers.This branch is a Signature branch which means they suppose to give priority to their valued and commercially important persons but the behaviour and treatment shown by staff is otherwise

Sitting right now in one of Ubl branch in Islamabad, branch manager is calling the cantt branch to get my cheque cleared, its been 3 hours they are not answering the phone and not replying to emails! You don’t no how urgent the cash is required! Shame in u guys!!
The operation manager was an awful person. He was very rude and almost got into a fight with me. Ubl should fire people like these rather than promoting them.
The Worst and And the most lazy and stupid staff . I am just visitng them for last 3 days for a UBL wiz card . And they take docs , see docs and say , your docs are complete but AP kal Ajae any time . aj banda nahi hy .. On 2nd day they give a number of person dealing WIZ card and asked to call before you visit. I called him several time but he did,nt picked my call . After 3 days . when i asked to meet manager . they said . ap apna num de jae . Hum free ho kar Ap ko Contact kar le ga . And You know what they were busy in .....Busy in Enjoy Tea with colleagues .. They just Wasted my 3 days . UBL Should Take Action Against Them
