I reside in abroad and have recently visited Pakistan. Saman your customer service officer/manager was very polite, attentive and posses a 5 star customer service skills. Normally, when we go to developing countries we expect least customer service for a lot of reasons but meeting with her and dealing the bank business, was beyond my expectations. Because of her excellent customer service and helping our bank matters, my most of the family members decided to open their bank accounts in this bank. Old nib bank. Now mcb bank takeover nib bank. So no more nib bank.Normal bank, not much in touch. May be now i will open an account after fully operation will start of mcb bank.
