Staff is ----‐. Inshort HBL service is totally phuck. No corporation no customer care service. You even cannot register your complaint against phucking staff members.

HBL staff looks not professional. Staff is also less and space also . HBL should management should increase their staff and well train them. Customer service is not good.

Awful bank. I had to make payment for the protector stamp, the branch assigned a very slow staff member to accept tons of deposits, apparently because the protector office no longer gives the branch any commission. Agents come in with tens of payments at a time and individuals like myself have to wait forever. The branch staff shows no concern to make things better.
