Another local market which is very convenient for both Gulraiz and Behria societies

Not maintained at all.Roads are damaged although saw good constructed housss there.Seems like the authorities arent paying attention to it.

Gulraiz Housing Society is a medium quality residential scheme. It is located close to Bahria town and has approaches both from Chaklala scheme 3 and Bahria Town. Quality of shopping areas is improving owing to nearness of Bahria Town. Roads inside Gulraiz scheme are deteriorated and are not being reconstructed since few years. In fact the quality of life is as good as the price of a plot.

It is a versatile market with good facilities but full of beggars. Many kid beggars enjoy their drawings on cars in parking

Well the place is good great road connects to Bahria town every thing available 24/7/363 (2 days of Eid).

This housing society is one of its own. As its far from markets so there isnt any traffic noise or pollution. Its directly connected with bahria town and provide with many services. The situation of road is not good here and it can only be improved of residents here can cooperate. Markets are good and you can avail anything from here.

Gulraiz is good place to live, it ha wide commercial area. The commercial area covers most of daily needs of its community but their placement is not ideal, further roads are in bad condition which need immediate repair. The parking spaces also need attention.

Reasonable good living place but need effort on development and maintain of roads. It is located on a very significant place with routes leading to Bahrain, Chaklala Scheme 3, maintain GR road and also to Islamabad via PWD Colony. Security arrangements are available but not up to the mark.
