It was a short time period spent on Red Onion. Loved the place. A wonderful environment. Hospitality shown by the manager and the staff. Enjoyed the chicken Karhahi with coke. The taste was unpridictable, like, i loved it. i would like to give 5 star rating to such a colorful environment with a delicious food.

Was not a good experience. Wait for a long time and we placed order for two meals and after one serving staff requested to vacate the table because they were short of sitting. Taste was not upto the expectation.

Taste was not according to price

After so many recommendations what a disappointing experience. My honest opinion would be to visit Lasania which is 30 seconds further down the road.It took 45 mins to serve a childs pizza. The food is largely pre cooked because you could tell it was not fresh. The supposedly freshly prepared bbq dishes were under cooked. When we sent the first undercooked item back they followed by serving it undercooked again.They did offer a replacement but by that time the trust in the food quality and preparation is lost. They did also reduce the bill but that was more for the items.we.did not consume. We were offered a very lapsed excuse of the main chef is away (not really my problem) Im still paying you your regular prices so I expect the same quality and consistency. A family meal very well spoiled for the evening.Can not fault the waiting staff is the reason i gave 2 stars but the managements excuses of the staff are inadequate. You should have better trained replacements to run such a big branded operation.Overall however a very disappointing experience.

Hated lasagna and chicken shashlik, food quality of red onion is so pathetic now that i wont ever go to red onion even if they pay to eat there.

A huge disappointment... If this place is flag bearer of Red Onion, then red onion is going to be part of history only... Most of the menu is NOT AVAILABLE... Felt, as if, steaks were cooked for the first time by chef... The so called Free kids Menu, is just an eye wash.. The staff is sleepy and tired off, because of no work as no one comes here.. Cheats in Billing, 10% of service charges.. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL...
