The only Government run book reading place in Quetta (Koat).But it is not enough for a huge population and for the capital of the province, you can guess from the photos that it is so crowded library.

The Balochistan Provencial Library does locate near Spinny Road Quetta , it is owned by Provincial Government , It is a library which is for Public .The library has books on the social sciences and on the other themes .
