Sareena Quetta is the symbol of beauty is very well decorated and is according to the cultural values of Baluchistan. rooms are airy view is beautiful the staff is trained. Food is great, variety of food is available. Their breakfast is their speciality. their staff beeps around they are always there to serve you. their lounge is very well decorated

The only hotel in Quetta enjoys its monopoly in terms of any service thats charged and sometimes over charged.Their standard rooms are also not really spacious and they have only ground and first floor.Breakfast is Okay but Hi-Tea has very very limited variety of dishes.We used their Banquet and meal for more than 100 people and it was so over priced and even though we paid for the meal, none of the service given to us was complementary.Even the hall we were using was heavily charged to us.

Very good hotel to stay in quetta

One of the most beautiful hotel locations of the Serena chain. However if you plan on visiting in winter please remember the temperature inside the hotel gets too uncomfortably warm, as it is centrally controlled by the hotel staff.

Food at Serena Quetta can be easily graded as pathetic. Though the soup was acceptable but even the generous portion of grilled Lamb Chops was not upto the standards of even a 3/4 star hotel. The man behind the scenes wanted to make it well done and were too well done but the tenderness was no where. Too much oil was used in a grilled dish. Should reduce the portion from 6 chops to 4 but quality should be improved. It starts from selection of meet till serving the guest. As it was not even warm until it reached me. There is always room for improvement should be improved. As for the food at the moment the street food would be much better the presentation matters but even then.Rooms are still acceptable the pillows and the mattress are in good shape. View from window is fine and a man is seen maintaining the cleanliness.So don’t try to take advantage of your monopoly in the city. There is no competition around.

Rooms are cozy and I like the cultural and organic design of Serena Quetta. Staff is really welcoming but thats where all good things ended for me. It doesnt deliver the luxury against the price point that they charge. Thermostat in room wasnt working. Food tasted average or below average. Fruits in lunch tasted like they had been washed in petrol. Per head cost for every meal is unjustifiable. I expected much better from Serena.

Serena Hotel stands out to be the best place to stay in Quetta, as there are no other hotels that come close to this standard. You get all the luxuries one can expect in a 4 star hotel. The service generally however is pretty slow whether its front desk, or housekeeping, although room service is slightly quick. Food quality is good, however you can get a mixed bag if you try something not traditional in the room service menu. This is a nice place to just relax over the weekend.

Spent 3 nights here and it is comfortable. Good air conditioning and comfortable beds. Bathrooms are dated and half the size of Serena in Islamabad and had leaky faucets.

Stayed there 2 nights; its very spacious n have beautiful courtyards; rooms are good; bathrooms need care and repair. The staff needs more training; we received a call daily from operator asking feedback but never addressed the complaints. Twin sharing room provided amenities for single person.

Its a 5 stars hotel with safe family rooms. Visited it so many times to attend medical conferences. Foods served are not that much tasty in the perspective of their bills. Well, this is very costly but fantastic place.

Visited the hotel after a long gap. Nothing has changed much, however, the traditional Balochi outlook and aura, the hotel is famous for, still fascinates and attracts. Rooms, though are small, but are nicely decorated and comfortable, quite and serene. Toilets are small and requires refurbishment as faucets and tub look quite old. There is a free lavish breakfast and wifi available for all the guests.

Hotel is excellent view is classic but my room air conditioning system wasnt working well . Rest it was pleasant staying there. This was my room .

Really the only hotel top quality hotel in Quetta. Decently priced as well. The room, quality of services and overall experience is really good. The food quality is also very good, especially the Chinese restaurant and the quick lunch that they serve. Be sure to check out the live music at the night, surprisingly good. They have a pool and gym as well.The only thing that they need to improve on is the nashta. Its unimaginative and average stuff especially the eggs. The omelet station is very weak.Book in advance as usually is packed with intl donor types.

Serene Hotels are always unique. The building itself is a reflection of local tradition which attracts the visitors. All services including dining, room services are as per standard. My only complaint with hotel is the internet connection which is not as per the standard in speed and connectivity (disconnects a lot).

Located near Baluchistan Assembly Hall. From outside it gives a look of traditional rural constructions but inside its a state of the art modern construction. All the amenities of a world class hotel are provided. Room service is very efficient. Housekeeper was also very welcoming. Breakfast had a range of English and Asian food items

The staff actually knows how to make you feel pampered right from the moment you check in till you checkout.The whole place feels cosy, especially in winters you can sit outside in one of many gardens and enjoy the Quetta sun.Food is also really amazing especially the selection of food items in breakfast buffet. You get all the different choices from oatmeal like healthy to cupcakes like unhealthy.Rooms are really spacious and well furnished and decorated. With air conditioning controls inside the rooms you can have a personalised experience during your stay inside the rooms.
