Telenor has vast cellular phone internet in Pakistan. There have been numerous franchises or customer care center operative in various area of the city. This franchise is situated in hustling and bustling street of the city.

The location is mapped on the wrong side of road. It actually on the opposite side. Easy to find. The office is clean. There is no queue system. The software system is so damn slow and it took the staff 34 minutes to replace my 3G sim to 4G sim.I initially received a text message from Telenor about an offer, offering 5GB free internet upon replacing 3G sim to 4G sim but the customer support agent refused to help me when I told him about not getting the free internet.I sent a text message to Telenor Facebook page and they stopped responding me. Although they gave me 100 MB free.Telenor, no doubt, has one of the most deceptive marketing strategy. Pathetic losers!
