Highly overpriced and average food quality. The service is not responsive at all as you have to ask multiple times to get your simple thing such as a drink.With the price, atleast they should justify it with good tasty food but nope. I wont recommend it at all.

I have been to this Usmania Restaurant since 1990s. Customer service used to be good and is still okay. Food is always delicious especially Chinese Fried rice and chicken steam roast. On my last visit in December 2019, i ordered rice and chicken karai plus a few drinks. Everything was good but on two occasions we asked for pepsi but the waiter was insisting on 7up and i didnt know why. The staff should do what customer ask for. So giving 3 star. The restaurant need to raise their standards again. Good luck.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in PESHAWAR
