The place is located in the lane where RSheen is present!It has got a huge building and the place is not crowded at all!I found the building very clean, but one problem I encountered was that this place has no parking area and no parking is near by, thus better to avoid your own car to the place!

Awesome office @ awesome location. Staff strength was just 1 staff which needs to be increased so as to easily provide proper customer support to customers. Hats off to office manager ticketing was quite supportive and cooperative

Good for booking PiA , tickets and also amending and changing booking of flights , there are 300 flights per month of PiA from Peshawar Bacha Khan international Airport of PIA only , in spite of no night flying this Airport , which make Peshawar Bacha Khan international Airport second busy airport in Pakistan , and 80% of these PiA flights are international destinations from Peshawar to gulf countries as lot of Labour class from tribal districts goes to Gulf Arab states and sometimes they are forced to take flights from Islamabad which is bad policy of PiA and civil aviation of.Pakistan , the Peshawar Booking office of.PIA is situated right on Arbab road Peshawar , it is nice place and has parking outside of the gate , and have to pass the security check to go inside and there is booking office right in the middle of building and has facilities of toilet and also Air conditioning and sofas to rest and has 2 sections first one is local domestic and the international is further ahead when you enter the door , and better take an appointment token numbers when you enter via the machine , the staff is very helpful and nice
