A nice family restaurant specialising in Chinese food. This place has a good vibe and ambiance. I have tried Soup a few times and its worth the wait and money. The prices are reasonable as well.

A good restaurant on Mall road Peshawar having great chinese options ranging from soups, entre and main courses, although 5he taste is good enough but still 5here is room for improvement however the service really needs attention of their management. These days because of the government restrictions, only few open air tables are available and the cue for the wait is quite busy so better plan ahead. Food hygiene and cleanliness is acceptable.

So weather asked for something warm for soul and being in Saddar, the name that ran down time and again was Hongkong chinese, decided to stop there. The place, sitting, ambience and the calmimg fragrance was enough to augment the cravings. Hongkong special soup just pierced the cravings and fulfilled them amazingly.

Fantastic menu, A1 staff, awesome location and safe environment specially if someone needs outing with family.

Hong kong special soup was good.

Opened in 1973 or 74. It was owned by a Chinese family. The first Chinese restaurant in Peshawar. I was there (with my parents) that night. Food was always one of the best in Pakistan. Last visited in 1982.

Delivery is very late so thats the problem for quick one

There were times when this was a good family place to enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine in Peshawar but sadly those days are over. I went there after a long time and to my surprise, it was crowded and as usual, we waited for our table. Once we were seated I realize that they extensively need to upgrade, renovate their restaurant, its interior, the whole ambience needed a facelift. Put the new cutlery and dinner plates, the ones in which we were served food were chipped. So yes they seriously think about it and yes, the taste is okayish and sadly I wont be visiting them anymore.

Its the original Chinese food restaurant of Peshawar and has very reasonable prices but i prefer silver dragon on University road mainly because of their taste superiority and hong kong is very crowded.. not suggesting it for family even if it is a family restaurant because of the noise and crowd

Very nice restaurant clean place, tasty food and friendly staff. The food is absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation and a great value for the price.Reception and all service staff were very helpful and cordial.This restaurant certainly did not disappoint. Food taste is not as chinese, chicken menchurian is 1/10 in taste and stuff.

Waiters should learn how to talk and serve. All of them dosnt know how to put the food on your table. It was like if I am in some DHAABA OR CANTEEN WITH STUPID SERVICE. food quality was not ok.

You might have to wait a bit. The owner was there and he actually supervised everything. He even gave us a slight discount. I must add the taste of the food was great and somewhat different I never had butter in a soup.

This restaurant was in my bucket list after trying Silver dragon Uni road, but i was disappointed in terms of taste (we ordered Hot and sour special soup, Manchurian and Spanish rice).Else the service and sitting was okay.I will recommend Silver dragon more that this site if you are fond of Chinese food

The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed the special bar drinks, the cucumber/cilantro infused vodka martini and the K&P Aquarium was great (even took photos so we could try to replicate at home).

I love how this resturant tries to make it all oriental but theyre lo mein/chow mein is just spaghetti with salt and pepper. They dont even have chopsticks or duck sauce. Fake chinese food. Waste of money. They fill old water bottles up with tap water. Horrible service.
