Ordered one kg tikka and half kg karahi. Karahi was average while tikka was difficult to chew. DISAPPOINTED!!Ilyas truck adda and sarhad restaurant in Lahore have better taste and quality any given day.

10 on 10 If you come peshawar & didn’t go to Nisaar charsi tikka then you missed a lot. Whole meal was perfect. & don’t forget to Drink peshawari kehwa after meal

Food was so tasty.. I havent had such a nice karahi and BBQ in my life ever. .. good for families. There is parking issue in rush time but somehow we managed. Recommended ,must try specially dumba BBQ and namkeen dumba karahi

Big MistakeOne of the worst experience of my lives from start to finish.Poor service, it was very hard to serperate meat from bone. only west of money I strictly didn’t recommend. They Have Zero Customers satisfaction. Nisar charsii is the Top Of untasty Food in Pakistan for tikka and karahi. Zero Zero Zero. A bit costly but the taste worth it

I had travelled all the way from Lahore with intention in mind to visit Charsi tikka at any cost. I have been to such restaurants in Quetta all my life nd believe me Peshawar stands nowhere when compared with Quetta. Neither this place had hygiene as dinning area was all dirty,staff was inadequately trained nd wearing dirty clothes, plus taste was also very average. I wish peshawar people once try mutton Karahi nd rosh in Quetta.

This place is now just earning for their legacy, no right assortment of meat, bones and fats if you order Tika or Karaahi, few add-ons are presented in a way they are complementary but added in the bill at the end. Although place is now declared a food street by kpk govt , parking is big issue at this place despite its heavily paid. It has more a tourist value now then a shinwari food place

Poor service, it was very hard to serperate meat from bone and ofcourse to eat it.I wont recommend to any Bon Vivant bcz its just waste of time and money.

Only Lamb Karhai and Bar B.Q (Tikka), Taste is good, but too much Salty to the point of Sourness, especially in Karhai.

Before it was best but now only west of money I strictly didn’t recommend as per my last two lunch/dinners there...

Best Karahi / tikka restaurant in Peshawar

I found it a very special place for shinwari Tikka

Their lamb is delicious, this is where it all began, this is where they started from, they’ve gained a nation wide recognition from this place from here it yes they really are better than any other Nisar Charsi in the world. Their lamb BBQ and karahi are out of this world. For any person that loves meat this place is a must go. This place also has a lot of historical background, the namak mandi literally translates to to the salt market & back in the early 1800 salt was considered to be a luxury and the whole market used to be a place for salt traders being the most posh area at that time. The old architectural buildings can still be seen and the place gives you that old town vibe which just adds to its ambience and aroma.

One of the worst experience of my lives from start to finish . I live in the uk so Im British Pakistani , I followed alot of the vloggers especially the food ranger when they came to this place they rated this place highly . I have come to Pakistan with the intention of especially going to Peshawar to try this place out . On arrival I seen pictures of Mr Nisar with prominent people of Pakistan along with the food ranger etc . I asked for Mr Nisar at the counter the waiter started shouting at me and said just hurry up and order . Eventually I met one of Mr Nisars son who also needs a lesson in customer service, but I got out of him that Mr Nisar will be coming in the evening, we had travelled 4/5 hours to get there so we thought we will try out the food and go . They told us to sit upstairs and honestly it was a hot day and the place we sat there was no fan, so we changed location and found a place with a fan next to it , within minutes a waiter came and started shouting at us telling is to move as that was a family area even though no one was sitting there . We told the waiter please can we sit in a place with a fan he promised us a table that would be free shortly , after 20 minutes the table became available as we were about to move another group of people moved there so I asked one of the waiters and rudly he just said they were here before you. That may be the case but we specifically reserved that spot . I think a place of this kind should at least be clean and feature air conditioning as a minimum but thats my personal opinion. Anyway we asked for two bottles of Sprite even though normally Im very health conscious but it was extremely hot , no fan and no air conditioning so I had no choice , we asked for them straight away as we knew the food could take time , the waiter completely forgot and after 30 minutes approximately I had to remind him again . Even to this point I was thinking at least the food should be good , but that was the worst bit the food we ordered was charsi karahi and Tikka it came cold , the meat was so tough and dry it was near impossible to separate from the bone and the nans were equally as tough . While eating no one even came to ask if we needed anything and after eating I asked for the bill , we were told to go downstairs and pay at the counter as we were going downstairs we were literally escorted by two guys just in case we ran off . Please please please stay away from this place .

You can have better dumba karahi in Lahore.

They are famous and they think that we can behave the way we want with customers, they have zero customers satisfaction, we are really disappointed with customer service they gave, they really dont know how to attend customer and how to behave with customer,

You go to Nisar Charsi Tikka for its tikka and karahi. Quality and taste is absolutely amazing. You can find tikka elsewhere but you cannot find the taste of Nisar Charsis tikka anywhere else. Families are accommodated in the Sheesh Mahal on first floor. Gents are served in the open air sheds and tables.If youre looking for ambience only, go somewhere else. Go to Nisar Charsi only for food and taste. Still five stars because I and my friends rate NCT very very highly.
