The jwellersy is good but no negotiation in prize

I had gone to WHP Goregaon branch to buy star sign gems. Moonga and fire opal. They did not had the size or carat of both the gems which I was asked for but the staff over there was very helpful as they arranged it from there another outlet. After buying these two gems from WHP I kept it with me for few days to see if its suiting me or not n den I asked them to made one pendant and one finger ring. Becouse I brought the gems from WHP itself they charged me 3% extra as taxes. Otherwise its 18%

Yesterday 10 November, I Visit the store at 8pm with my wife looking for a Gold necklace for diwali. At the entrance they provide hand gloves to my wife which good precautionary measure, but when we asked for some more design the sales person who was women rudly reply it time to close you want to buy or not we need to leave.I request the owner of you are reading the comments please train you staff first and teach them some manners and how to behave with customers.

Well trusted name ... Small real diamond jewellery is nice but i prefer chintamani if i want to buy something solid in real diamond..Whp is ok for small fancy stuff ...i feel

Store is over staffed, and the staff is disinterested, slow, absent-minded (this is the case with maximum of the sales staff).The my sales man give the incorrect finall amount for billing, resulting in incorrect billing and which lead to excess swapping from my card. This was reversed later and I got my money back.Also, the store is in the same shape as it migh have been decades ago.Im giving 2 stars only because I liked my purchase. But I wont be visiting this place again.Also the making charges are higher than the top jewelry shops in Mumbai. And they 95% of the gold on buy back as against 100% back back at other shops.Waman Hari pethe Ranade road branch.
