Designs are good. But should be very careful with staff at Ghatkopar show room. They will speak sweetly. But with out your knowledge they suttlely include insurance premium into your bill which will increase your bill by nearly 1 percent.

Very bad experience.staff is not good . We visit the shop on 11-01-2020. We wait there 20 minutes but nobody is asking what you want .staff is moving here and there but not talking with us . They dont know how to give respect to customer.first they have to learn how to give respect to customer.

The store we went to is located in Ghatkopar. They had a good collection of chokers which is what I was shopping for. I finalized a design booked a choker and visited 3 times before finally purchasing. When I went there on the day of the purchase they leveid additional charges which was not discussed or anticipated hence I cancelled my transaction and did not end up purchasing anything as I felt cheated.

Bad service

They have got good variety , always been a fan of Kalyan jewellers but this 3 star is for the quality of product.I am not sure how the mangalsutra string broke in just 4days after usage though they repaired it but didnt expect it to brake so quickly.

Ok place and not convinently

The staff is very polite and helpful. Not much variety in terms of design. They are kind of rigid about making any changes or moderations in the present limited designs. Making charges are too high though. So its advisable to go for the six-month installment schemes to cut the making charges into half.

Sales person working there are not that helpful as compared to TBZ and Tanishq

Yesterday purchased gold item from this branch. Felt cheated,as the sales man duped us by giving wrong information that, we have to mandatorily take insurance policy also for the gold item purchased as its the Company policy.A big Company like Kalyan should ensure that customers are not misformed by their salesman / such arbitary policies cannot be made mandatory.
