I had been here for my first night and the experience was just amazing. The view from our suite was just breathtaking. They gave us a nice complimentary cake and a bouquet which was a very sweet gesture. The sad part was we hardly got anytime there so we couldnt explore the property much.

It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, which is just opposite Marine Drive. Trindent is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary fruit, chocolates and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed my weekend. I will definitely stay there again.

I don’t have words to describe my feelings for Trident Hotel, Nariman Point. It is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed. We were upgraded to Sea view room on 29th floor and it was unbelievably good. Everything was of the high quality.

The ocean view rooms are great at higher floors,, however they are not really big or kids friendly: lot of edges in the entire room. There are side corners kept which are extended and hits your leg whenever you get out of bed. Kind of not a great interior design. Overall the rooms are ok and comfortable

Trident has redefined luxury in every aspect during our 4 day stay. Hospitality and service is at its best. We had requested them for a ocean view room at a higher floor and they were accommodative of it. There was nothing short in terms of the stay and I suggest everyone to spend a few days here if you want to be pampered luxuriously

Rooms were absolutely amazing especially the one with sea view. Courteous & polite staff.One star less because I believe some of the housekeeping services can be improvement.Pleasant & value for money stay overall. Recommended.

Excellent property. Had been there to celebrate a special occasion. The rooms are amazing, well equiped. We had booked a premium ocean view room. Got the room on the 29th floor. What a view of the Arabian Sea from the room....just amazing !!Room had a safe, bar fridge, hot water kettle, TV with streaming services where you can login with your own subscription details, bathroom with all a good shower, bathtub and all essentials of the bathroom.The hotel managed an excellent chocolate cake for our anniversary.The staff was super courteous, the floor manager was also very helpful.The in-house breakfast had an excellent spread and again the restaurant staff is simply amazing and helpful.

This hotel has an amazing view. There might be many hotels offering the same hospitality and everything but not every hotel has such an amazing skyline view of Mumbai. Apart from view and ambience, the service they offer is mind blowing. Food is really tasty and they have top notch security.

It was a memorable stay at Trident Nariman Point right from the beginning, warm welcome at reception from Sonica who was very pleasant and friendly helpful personality. She chose us a beautiful room with an ocean view. The room was very beautiful and tidy comfortable bedding with a writing table and other facilities are up to standard. The view of INDIAN ocean and part of the City of Mumbai was amazing from the window. Housekeeping service is very efficient and the staff also much friendly with can do attitude. They left us a souvenir with a thanksgiving note. Trident Spa is another wonderful place at Hotel, one must experience they provide very quality massages and steam bath facilities in a friendly and quality manner. They got well trained pleasant Thai therapists. The therapy was rejuvenating and relaxing. For Dining at Frangipani they offer full range morning Buffet complimentary to Room. A lot of choices with western and eastern cuisines along with renowned Indian dishes. The food is amazing in this Hotel, they maintain a such high standard of quality and tasty foods one will remember for a long time. You must try Chai Masala which is local Tea very popular in the sub continent.Part from this they got more restaurants like India Jones, Mexican Room and Verandah the lobby Cofee shop altogether they operate 24 hour service so that guests can have meals, snacks , tea any time they preferred. At the restaurants main thing will be the friendly and helpful staff , which is an added quality you will experience at this Hotel. The pool located roof top of the main lobby giving a beautiful view of INDIAN ocean and overlooking skyscrapers of city of Mumbai. It’s not a smoking friendly Hotel. Stayed at Trident for 4 nights and I must say it’s one of the best Trident experiences in India. The hotel is situated on the marine drive at Nariman Point and the location cannot get better as far as Mumbai is concerned. Got a sea facing room on one of the higher floor and the view was just breathtaking. The staff is extremely courteous; so much so that a checkin counter staff accompanies you to your room. The breakfast buffet is very good with a huge variety of Indian cuisines.They share a common pool with the Oberoi situated next door, at Level 5. You get to experience the sea breeze coming in during the evenings and the view of the queen’s necklace is unparalleled from up here.You can go for a morning jog or a stroll in the evening at Marine Drive. The hotel is a 5-7 min taxi drive from the Gateway of India and the much famous Taj Hotel. Its also close to the shopping market at Colaba Causeway, some popular restaurants like Cafe Mondegar, Leopold Cafe, Cafe at the NCPA and many more in the Colaba neighborhood.If you are staying here for a bit and have some time at hand, you could also watch a play at NCPA which is a 2-3 min walk from the hotel.All in all, I absolutely loved my stay here and will recommend it for those traveling for business or holidays.

Had an amazing stay at this upscale hotel to cap off a 3 week tour of India. The service was excellent. The location at Nariman Point with spectacular views of the skyline are what sold me on this hotel. Kind of like staying along the edge of this megacity but still right next to the main attractions. The breakfast buffet was wonderful.

Came here for 3 nights with my sister. I can genuinely say I have never seen anything like the service I got from this hotel.The location is perfect in at Marine Drive Mumbai and within walking distance to all the attractions eg Gateway of India and Churchgate station.The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The views was great in morning and night.The staff are so friendly and cooperative that without a shadow of doubt it is the best hotel that I have staying in.Breakfast was a buffet with delicious and well-presented food. Coffee was amazing, bacon, sausage were great!This really is a truly magnificent hotel. Hotel and room architecture are absolutely the best one could find anywhere. Over all experience was wonderful. One of the most luxuries property in the city. Business district with high-rise offices, bars with sea views & National Centre for Performing Arts. The location of the hotel is just awesome. Trident Hotel, Nariman Point is one of the iconic luxury 5 star hotel located around the queens necklace, Marine Drive.Everything from the grand entrance to the lavish lobby spells luxury, understandably. The lobby also houses the 24 hour cafe which has a beautiful sea facing view. From the valet to the check in process, everything was smooth. Greeted with warm smiles, one really feels invited. We had booked their Premier room with ocean view and yes, the view from the room was absolutely gorgeous. Spot on. We were put up on the 18th floor and the room was spacious, neat and clean. Ample storage options with a in room security locker also available. As mentioned before, the view from the room is something one just cant take their eyes off.On the food front, we ordered grilled chicken and fish & chips for in-room dining. The chicken breasts were grilled to perfection, and fish fillets was really yum. The breakfast buffet again, was as expected. Good variety of items and absolutely no complaints quality wise. The breakfast fare had everything from South Indian dosas to upma and continental hot cold items. With a smile and prompt service, the stewards religiously takes care of the guests needs.The only disappointment during our stay at the property was their dinner buffet at the Mediterranean restaurant Frangipani. We had called up in advance regarding the menu and was told that the buffet would be a multi cuisine menu of Indian and Mediterranean fare. Unfortunately, that wasnt the case. There was just one Indian non veg and veg starter and main course was nothing exciting. The rest of the buffet menu varieties were from the Mediterranean cuisine which was also just ok. The prawns werent fresh and also the ordered chicken tikka was an absolute no no. The only saving grace was their dessert section. Delicious and yum. Very surprising considering the fact that this was the Trident. Once we were done, I left my feedback on their feedback card. The next day, during our breakfast, we were pleasantly surprised by a personal visit of Tridents Senior Executive Sous Chef Mr. Jitu Phuken. He came across our feedback and wanted to talk to us regarding what went wrong. He offered us apologies and wanted to do something special, but unfortunately we were checking out the very same day. Anyways, it was good to know they do take customers feedback seriously.The property also has a fantastic outdoor pool overlooking the beautiful marine drive. Special shout to Mr. Sameer and Ronak who took care of us and made sure we had a memorable time at the pool.Room service was excellent and the house keeping staff addressed all our needs, promptly, politely.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Trident and would rate the property a 4.5 on the stay experience. The ocean view room is absolutely top notch and well recommended especially for couples.

Good staff.Rooms are great and bathrooms are small and cozy. The view is simply amazing but I am not very pleased with their breakfast spread. Their cold cut section just consists of chicken stuff ( chicken being considered as vegetarian). However, only on request you get what you want.

5-Star Hotel on the tip of Marine drive all facing towrds the sea. Infamous for the 26/11 However still standing strong and a class apart. The lobby itself is so breathtaking one can not stop marvelling. The Verandah restaurant is a place you might want to go on an ideal date.

We planned to celebrate my wifes birthday at this lush and luxurious property for 2 days.Every second of my stay was made special by exceptional hospitality and premium customer service. Normally people always talk about the place, the luxury and the facilities but no one really talks about the staff who strives hard to make every moment of a customer as worthy and comfortable as they would feel at home. Staff at Trident are truly the heart of this place.Stephen at the lobby was a gem who helped us with checking in and made us feel comfortable. My room was decorated with balloons, flowers, a cake and bouquet of red roses. Virendra at Verandah Cafe greeted us with warmth and made sure our dining choices are taken care off be it lunch or dinner. Breakfast at Frangipani was truly a first class experience. The cocktail hours at club house are a steal at the hotel. With ambiance so soothing, Govind made the experience even more satisfying with his super customer service. The surprise of the stay which I will remember for ages to come was a sweet gesture by Russell and the staff at Mexican Room who arranged a cake and sang happy birthday for my wife. We wanted to go for the Mini Cooper Ride and Fagun at Coincerge did this very quick for us. The driver Jeevan made the ride memorable. We happen to visit the Eau Bar at Oberoi which again was a breathtaking experience. The place and feel is amazing with just the right kind of music playing. The staff again steals the charm as always with Dambur, Amit with their exceptional customer service. Overall I had a super duper 2 days.

Amazing staff, best views,great pool. The breakfast its amazing. Apart from a extense buffet they have a la carte delicious food. The chef Stephan was so friendly we explain all the food to me and he wants me to try several dishes. I totally recommend this hotel and I hope to stay here next time I come back in Mumbai.

Great property with an awesome location. Can see the landmark spot of Mumbai - the marine drive, as far at it goes. The staff is very friendly. The poolside provides a great view specially during sunset. Rooms are available with either ocean view or city view, both are equally good. The restaurant here is good, but the food is a bit pricey.

It was a very good stay.let me tell its an excellent stay with such a great hotel at such economic price. Hotel was huge. we got our room upgraded to sea view room from city view. Our room was at 19th floor. The sea view from our room was just amazing, room was nicely decorated and cozy enough. Bathroom was little bit small but overall features were nice. Hotels staff behavior was just excellent. We have a baby with us we stayed two days over there and we ordered milk several other things for baby mashed potatoes mineral water etc etc, each and every thing we got for the baby was absolutely free. They didnt charged even a penny from us. It was a very nice gesture and we were pleased by there hospitality. Amazing staying experience. I now had become a great fan of trident group and in future would always like to stay in trident group, best hotel experience till now.

The place seems very good..there is still lot of scope to become a brand image...was very crowded yet the check in was handled well. Food was very good. Ordered room service was clean n quality was good. House keeping was not so good. There were stains acroos the room on telephone, on floor, curtains, dustbin was just cleaned with remanant seen from previous visitor...Tv was confusing to work..no instructions given how to operate...but the view was bestWe enjoyed staying ther.

What a Place! What a Hotel!Its a perfect place to do business, vacations, leisure time , hangout :P. You get a splendid sea view from your window, and that looks WOW! at night, Food is awesome, they do not have much options in buffet breakfast though. Staff is friendly and courteous. They understand your requirements :)All an all it was an awesome stay. What I liked most that, the hotel has paid a tribute to the guests and staff who died in the attack. Respect!

5 star Hotel located at the prime spot in South Mumbai over looking the Indian Ocean.Good rooms and suits Available staring from $100-750.Excellent service and warm staff to greet you and serve you with a smile always.The coffee shop and Underground Bar area is a must to visit.Valet Parking and clean toilets too.Lots of foreign tourists and Conferences held here and quite a busy bustling place.At the back entrance there is a shopping area for exquisite stuff from leather goods to handicrafts to jewellery.

One of the best 5star hotels Ive visited. When you enter theres a fleet of Porsches and a Gucci store. Restaurant is kinda small but the rooms are good. Do opt for the ocean view rooms as it gives a nice view of the ocean and Nariman Point. Staffs are helpful as they are supposed to be. You wont regret it.

Hotel is on prime location . Great ambience and lovely front office staff. We checked in early and the front desk manager helped us and allowed us for early check in . Rooms are specious and over all atmosphere is great as it just beside sea . We had a dinner and food was good. Over all experience was wonderful. Will definitely visit after lockdown.

The breakfast was better than what I expected.Though we didnt spend too much time in the hotel, other than sleeping but it left a great impression on us!
