Terrible shopping experience. Please do yourself a favor and never shop from here.The product was dispatched 15 days after order, that too after calling multiple times. No tracking information was given till I called again and again. The phone is never answered on the first go, you have to call at least thrice for them to answer, and even then their customer service representatives are useless.My order is still not received and no one holds responsibility for it.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I cannot say any more than this. I placed an order for my haldi & mehendi outfits via the website on the first week of September for my wedding on 25th November and I’ve been going back and forth with their team, following up almost every other day on where my package is. Instead of replacing my lost parcel they told me to wait and were very adamant with me saying that UPS will deliver within 2 weeks every time. And those 2 weeks kept on increasing. It’s my fault that I did not check the reviews on them before placing an order. As you can see, they have been doing this with other people for a while.I told them I wanted a refund and they refused to even do that in the first place! They told me to wait AGAIN. I told them I was done waiting and needed my refund ASAP. Now, after 2 months, they told me that I had to wait for my parcel (which UPS told me is lost basically) to go back to them and then only they will process the refund. Absolutely absurd!! If I could give zero stars I would. I would advice you to go look some other place to do your wedding shopping as they clearly don’t give a damn. Have a look at the WhatsApp conversations that I’ve had with someone from their team. I’ve highlighted in yellow some of their responses which absolutely sound ridiculous especially to a customer!!

Worst service ! I ordered 2 dresses and both were delivered after 1.5 months ! There was no intimation about the delay. There was absolutely no information or mail from their end to track the products ordered.Pathetic customer service.Also, their team was supposed to cover my wedding on their blog post. They took the entire write up with wedding pictures and never bothered to respond. Even after multiple follow ups, they did not reply.All the hard work went down the drain.So disappointed with weddingbrigade.Never ever recommending them to anybody.A big Thumbs down !

The material was perfect as was the stitching and fitting. They even tweaked the sleeves and made them a bit longer per my request. I did shopping from this website for the 1st time and my entire experience was wonderful. I ordered some 8-9 items dresses and Jewellery everything costing for Rs16000- rs 18000. The customer service, the speedy courier, the response on watsapp and even emails from the branch manager was truly worth shopping. The only problem I had is 1 product out of all items ordered from AACHHO was not the product which I ordered. I live overseas, they accepted seeing the pics that it is a wrong product and they want me to return it but in this covid-19 environment, I am really stucked that courier seems bit difficult What should I do I dont know.

Really helpful concierge service, helped book our wedding venue and a number of other vendors. Great quality clothing and jewellery also.

Ordered one gown from them ,quality of cloth was so poor so i returned and waited for almost 2 months for refund then to use their credit balance after a lot of followup finally i got 3 order placed but even in that one ring still not delivered to me and i just stopped doing any followup with them .

They dont even deserve one star. They ship the product after 20 days and promises that it will reach to you within 2-4 business days which is absolutely false. The fancy website and wonderful pictures all are facade to the actual service and quality they offer.

I am stuck using this website now ... We ordered a couple a wedding stuffs in good faith . There is no customer service in this company ..when u call the no given -it will say -no customer service available -call back later ..and this is happening now 3 times. I have used Facebook , emails and phone calls to reach them but no update . Got an email saying order has been shipped but the tracking no provided is incorrect !!!! This is the right way of loosing a customer and I am only be able to give them bad reviews . I am now going to see them personally at their registered address.

Horrible customer service. You’re lucky if you got your order on time and all of it. Extremely unhappy experience. They are on all social avenues but you can’t get hold of them anywhere. I have called them several times on their number but they never have anyone answering calls. They don’t respond to their Instagram. Email and fb is hit or miss. Nobody tracks orders. I’ve had a delay of only a month. And I had to hound them for it. Even after that they miss part of the order. The other part that made it, is the wrong size. I had read the reviews here and one stood out, suggesting to contact the The Wedding Brigade on their Facebook page for any queries, which is exactly what I did. Before ordering the Purple Kalidar Kurta and Sharara set, I checked the timing of the delivery to Australia as its for a wedding, and they assured me that it would ship in two weeks time after Id ordered. I made sure I measured myself for the right size as I realise each countrys sizing system let alone brand can change. Good thing I did, as Im usually a small in Australian sizing, here Im a medium. The customer service are very responsive. I made sure I messaged them when my outfit was due to be shipped to ensure all goes well. I received my Aramex shipping code and tracking in good timing and my outfit is just so pretty! It fits well and it looks just like the picture! Pay attention to how you communicate with them, and great things are possible. Im going to let them know how great my outfit is now...

Extremely poor customer care service , there is a hotline number which is never answered and they clain that the customer service representatives are busy ! Rubbish !!! Plus I ordered a oroprod on 12th sep , which I received on 25th after a lot of follow up and which apprently was defective !! There is no value for money at all !!! The product was a clutch just for merely 1500 bucks but as shown in the pic , it did not have a chance itself imagine ! And the return and exchange is so not user friendly ! All d coolest wedding related are available and everyone can simply choose what they want. Had a great satisfaction with this.

The shipment takes almost a month to reach the customer because they dispatch the product after few weeks. This should be communicated in advance rather than mentioning that the product will reach in 2-3 business days.
