Hey... Great way to deceive students.... My younger sister went there with the list of books given by me... Where i demanded for handbook of law... she showed them list and asked for book....they gave her Law reference book instead of handbook... As I stay far from mulund could not return it the same day(purchased around 5.00 PM)... Immediate next day at morning within 24 hrs(around 11 AM) she went to return the book... but they were willing to return with Rs 200 deduction on the Cost of Rs 700 book.. Claiming it as second hand book... Very funny.... When asked by me about the standard rate of deduction by your firm on books he was clueless and said we just deduct amount on return of book...but Wat percentage great question?... Freak...about there way of convincing that book may not be in proper condition and apne aaj vo list me handbook word dala hoga (sheer nonsense).. GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT...
