I was there for getting duplicate sim card and my request was declined by M/S Zong with the plea that my number was recycled due to power off for 2 months. I tried my best to convince them that how it js possible but all wasted....

Worst experience, i just wanted to change ownership of a corporate number , so they asked me to visit corporate office, and guard did not allow me to enter in the office, mr ABID deny to listen, HE was wo rude. nobody helped to resolve the issue , and after 1 hour standing outside i came back without any solution. Non professional behavior

I used their network earlier and faced discrepancies in various respects, so I left it. Now after hearing about their award form pta for internet services, i bought a sim from one of their agetns. Loaded 100, Balance 30. I have used all cellular networks in Pakistan, All other networks are reasonable and stable in what they offer but Zong is still acting like a scam. So for smooth services their network is NOT recommended AT ALL.
