Office location is exactly old food street very close to Chongi # 9.Today Ive been there for finger prints . Before going I got information regarding Iocation from this page from some ones comments. From security gate upto final stage superb reaction.Go to reception , get your token and proceed for photo section and finger prints. For Hajj its free and for Saudi visa fee structure mentioned clearly.All staff very cooperative and superb friendly waiting area for gents and ladies all air conditioned and much vast.Carry on best services. Really deserve five stars.

I have visited this place one week ago, during my visit I have found most of center staff very cooperative, however at entrance guide was not briefing the visitors properly. However all other services are well and staff was properly trained... Lack of parking area is a big issue for center... Thanks

Facility was good if you have appointment in hand

It was very bad experience.Although we had our appointment but we kept on waiting for long. The staff was non-cooperative and a bit rude.The authorities concerned must not turn a blind eye towards peoples agony and pain.
