If you want your car to be returned to you in subpar condition this is the service department for you! I have had several issues with this location but my car going in for a simple oil change and being returned with the check engine light on and unable to run takes the cake. The service advisor lied and said it was on when it was brought in and thats why we provided you an estimate. I of course thought my car is running great no light on problems when starting I of course only need the oil change. WRONG it was returned with all the problems listed above. Save your self the time money and stress of this place. No idea why this happens at this location. Never had these issues in Connecticut or New York.

Great Experience.I had a 2016 BMW that I have been taking to Braman Miami for a few years.Ive always had my car serviced and repaired there, always satisfied. The dealership is immaculate, the service agent that I established a relationship is great (Maico W.), professional, friendly and always happy to help, regardless of the issue. Due to the current circumstances I found myself needing to get rid of my beautiful 428 GC which was a Select Lease with roughly 25-30% more miles than the avg. Knowing this was a difficult spot for me and I would take a beating on any trade-in options, I shopped around, and to my pleasant surprise, Braman really came through as the best option overall. They went above and beyond to get me the best value on my trade-in and the best price on my new Mini Cooper S. I could have gotten a similar car for a little less elsewhere, but the peace of mind that Braman offers and a CPO vehicle outweighs the savings. I indeed love this dealer, the service when i purchased my vehicle was impressive and enjoyed driving all the way for service, but lately I want to say the last 2 times tge service has been horrible and now it turns out since my car is out of warranty they are saying their policy has changed for a loaner. Mind you was not informed the last couple of times that i brought it to the dealer. Service rep very adamant and his way. Sad to say i still have too get my car fixed when i informed them of this issue the day i left the dealer back in December and was told not to believe those apps.

Just purchased a 2019 Mini Cooper S Countryman last week. I was pleasantly surprised as this was my best experience purchasing a vehicle. I dealt with Johnathon Gonzalez first.
