I had not purchased the BMW in over 30 years of Braman. I had become a loyal Mercedes customer, I visited Braman BMW after many years to check out the BMW X7. The salesperson Joana Leon and the manager Alex Acosta were instrumental in making me a BMW customer again. The new BMW X7 is an incredible vehicle had an incredible price. If you are Mercedes Benz customer you need to do yourself a favor and check out the new line of BMWs. I was really impressed by the price and value for the dollar you get with BMW.

This place was great. My AC broke and did a lot of research before I started getting quotes, since its hard to find a place that doesnt try to take you for a financial ride. I worked with the Edi and he was great. His shop took car of my car in a timely manner and all was fixed, for a great price, lower then most of his competitors. We did arrived at 11 A.M. and by the time of purchase took 2.45 hours.Between the salesman and the sales manager 2.45 almost 3 hours.This is time waist for the customer unnecessary and finally we got ourcomfortable price and payment. They need to rectify this situation tomake the deal more pleasant.Salesman did OK and Manager gave us our price, but the time that thetime spend there gave us a headache expending our money.The last Manager Alex always did much better than that.Maggie

Car shopping during a pandemic. I was scared. My mom is 91 and was in the hospital, soon to be released, just as my lease was ending. I couldnt risk going to a dealership in person. I explained my situation to several dealers. Only Braman Mini came up with a solution. Braman Mini arranged to pick up the old car, inspect it, take it as is, and bring the new one to the house. My salesman, Christian Guevara, came and went fully masked. All documents were emailed so I could review before he brought the new car. He managed to explain the new car features while remaining masked and socially distant. It was as painless and safe as a pandemic car deal can be. I highly recommend Braman Mini and Christian Guevera.

This place is just AWFUL! The employees are rude and extremely unprofessional! First time I went in, I didn’t get greeted by anyone, although a few employees passed right by me without even acknowledging me. I waited for about 20 mins on a chair thinking someone would come up to me and no one did so I had to ask a random employee for help. Once I finally had someone’s attention I let them know my car was making a weird noise and I needed it checked. The car was at the shop for almost 2 weeks and in all that time I only got a call from them ONCE the entire time to let me know what it was and how much the repairs would be. It ended up being my brakes that needed to be changed. The fact that it not only took them 2 weeks to figure out that my brakes were bad BUT in those two weeks they never kept me updated in what was going on...I decided not to have them repair my brakes and I chose to take my car and spend my money elsewhere. I didn’t feel they were worthy of my business. (When I took my car back from them and took it to another shop...the brakes weren’t indeed the problem...there was a huge object inside one of my tires.) That’s what was making the noise I had mentioned to BMW and which was why I had initially taken the car to them. However...BMW NEVER found the object in my tire. I feel as if they were looking for something much bigger to be able to charge a nice amount of money to their client. Not some simple tire issue.I decided to give them a second try recently and allow them to redeem themselves so to speak. BIG MISTAKE once again. Their costumer service is just as bad if not WORSE than it was the first time around. No one is helpful at all. Again when I took my car, this time it was at their shop for a week and in that time I again only get a call once they’re ready to notify me with how much the repairs will be. But no status update in between. I had asked my advisor “Israel” to speak with the manager and he gave me his number And I called him and left a message but I missed his call because I had gone into work when he called me back. (Which was a few hours after I had left the manager a message) I got off work and heard his voice mail so I called BMW the next day and i spoke with “Andrew” this time and asked him to transfer me to the manager and he informed me that the manager was busy helping other clients at that time. I said it wasn’t a problem to please pass along my message of having him call me back. NOTHING. As I had expected I never got a call back from the manager. I also get a text message from “Israel” telling me that I needed to turn in the loaner or else I would start to get charged for it. Here comes the funniest part...I NEVER PICKED UP A LOANER FROM THEM. This guy had all his files and clients mixed up. He obviously can’t keep up with his work load. That silly mix up explained a LOT to me. I decided once again (for the second and LAST) time that I was going to take my car back and take it to another shop once again. I refuse to give this shop my business with as rude and unprofessional as they are. Being that it’s BMW...know as this high end luxurious brand...you would think they would place their employees on a much higher standard. They’ve lost my business twice now, and I’ll definitely never ever go back to them no matter what. Neither will my wife, And my parents which also have BMW’s of their own. That’s 4 costumers they’ve just lost do to this atrocious lack of costumer service.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BMW TO GET WORK OR SERVICE DONE TO IT. THERE’S PLENTY OF OTHER SHOPS AROUND THAT WILL DO BETTER WORK FOR HALF THE PRICE , AND TREAT YOU WITH THE RESPECT AND DIGNITY THAT BMW DOESNT.

Fernando is great. In general, I took my mini here several times over the past few years. Most stuff was covered under the MINI extended warranty and one was covered under my extended warranty. That extended warranty turned out to be a scam, but they were always very polite and professional about it. I cant really speak as to prices, but its a dealer, so you pay a premium and thats to be expected-
