The officers here will never bother you even if you wait for them all the day. They are very less cooperative but the staff who are not the permanent employees of SNGPL will cooperate you Sometimes out off the way.

They are the main suppliers of natural gas for domestic & industrial use in Pakistan. Its a semi government organization & have monopoly over gas distribution. Customer service is non existent. You need a gas connection for new house or a factory you will most probably have to give something under the table. Otherwise forget new connection. They also have this ability to drop bombshells in the shape of huge bills. And if you are the unlucky one then get ready for a long haul to get any relief.
