Best place for telenor services. SUM cards, packages, loads and Telenor branded pho e sets. Staff is nice and Cooperative.
Very slow service 3 counters to facilitate customer but the agents takes time to resolve customer problem
Customer service are quite fast and not mush crowd area.
No management. Poor customer service. Lunch break without any mention and people had to wait without knowing when the break will end. No following of SOPs for Covid 19 ... whatsoever. No masks...no hand sanitizer...no temp checking..Once my turn came the work completed fast.

Bad mannered staff with no sense of public service. Courtesy ....forget about that. Hundereds and thousands of apologies but not a single step to resolve the customer problems...thats what theyre taught in their corporate level customer service trainings.... Like many government organisations they are determined not to serve the customer.....yes they know how to dance on tv screen in advertisements.
It looks like a shop... easyload wala khooka instead of franchise. No designated booth for ladies. Stuff is not corporative.
Security guard shut down the branch at 4:25 and said our time is over after indulging with him and argued somehow I went inside. The employees behavior was also not good and talked rudely. All over lahore shadman is the only Branch where you can block your sims, poor management poor system. Moreover telenor registered 4 sims on my name which I never bought in my life. Ill never use telenor again and not even siblings.

Issues with the place. Sometime there is not internet connection and you will have to wait for hours and sometimes they will just say k kal ana. So better you go to some else franchise.
Telenor franchise related to Communication network office.
Decent and cooperative people. Some times it gets crowded due to work load. Avoid coming to the place at prayers timings as the persons handling cash payments and deposits says prayers regularly Masha Allah.
Poor service and poor management still asked to wait outside because there is no space inside.

The place is very far for the customers of cantt residents. There must be more franchises for customers. A lot of monetary cost, psychological cost to reach the place. Wonder how they are surviving in todays competitive marketplace. A customer would think twice before visiting the franchise.

It was a Horrible experience to Visit. Its still Nightmare for me.
I had to transfer SIM on my name and they took more than 2 hours to do this simple task. Felt like a government office where I was constantly following up and running around people. I was also charged Rs 1000 for golden number and Rs 200 for SIM reissue, not sure if these should be charged from a customer on transfer of number!

This is the only telenor franchise in whole wide area. The staff here is though polite and try to help you out, but they’re very inexperienced to sort out many of your problems. This not only prolongs the stay of customers for simple tasks but also annoys them.The seating available to customers is very limited with a couple of sofas only. And if you’re here for long period which usually happens, you get really pissed at them.
