Hopefully everyone reading this will learn a lesson from me, I have lost over 1400 RS. on them.I would like to apologise to bookme.pk for ever using your service. Too much extortion money, too much cancellation fee. Poor customer service. After requesting multiple times that I am not cancelling but readjusting the location and timing, they made fun of me and my business.No apologetic attitude but real thug Like business practices. I even contacted their Facebook but no help what so ever.I feel like if they wanted to make a soulless, unfair and customer unfriendly organization then they have succeeded

Very poor service. I was stuck in the traffic and when I reached on the terminal, bus had left few seconds back. I called them and they said, we can not do anything. They should have call service to call the customers before leaving. Rubbish Service...
