Tripkoo is a great company to assist the customers who are interested to visit the northern areas of Pakistan. I had an experience with them which was so nice and they took much care of us and fulfilled all the promises.

They managed to plan the worst trip ever. Didnt know where to take us which destination was available. Didnt know which roads were open. The hotels they provided had substandard food. Their time management was beyond pathetic. We ended up spending half our trip to skardu in our buses because they had no idea which roads were open. When we did reach somewhere they were unable to provide food on time.The tour guide was disrespectful to girls. In the middle of our trip they made us stop at an atm and threatened us to not take the trip forward untill we gave full payment then and there. Although the original agreement was to give a percentage of the payment after reaching back Lahore. Imagine spending 2 hours in front of an atm waiting for it to work so that your trip can continue. If the atm hadnt worked they probly wouldve left us stranded there in the middle of nowhere. Literally blackmailed us.Their trip management skills were comparable to a 10 year olds. We didnt visit half the places we were promised. Once we spent 26 hours straight in the buses with no food, nothing went as the plan they had promised us. Pathetic.

Im surprised to see so many high reviews for this operator. Our group of five did not feel that this was a good experience. Our guide, Riaz, was difficult to understand, gave very little information about the sights and things we were going to see, and was continuously pestering us for more money for various things even though our trip had explicit stipulations that included said things.The quality of service was also unsatisfactory on this trip. He rudely pestered the driver openly in Urdu, slept for a majority of the way along our 16+ hour drive, and shadily would disappear when we were dropped off to our locations.Id highly discourage utilizing this operator for any tours youd like to do in Pakistan. The tourism market in PK is ripe for quality operators, especially in a country with such nice and honest people. These were unfortunately not one of them.

Highly NOT recommended. Will advise everyone to spend a few thousand extra and choose other services. They charge u but dont tell u the truth. They dont provide the required services. And moreover the attitude ofthe management is like as they are taking u on the trip for free. Remember we paid you for your services. U are suppose to facilitate us.

I went to neelum valley on 3 day touri fully recommend tripkootouristpakistan. Guide was very cooperative.

Recently, we booked three spots with TripkoPakistan, hoping that well have fun. However, a little did we know that our trip will start in the van and will end in it.There were 15 members in total, but there was no guide, no first aid kit, and the entire trip was poorly managed, and we were relying on our driver.What surprised us—all the 15 participants—more was that all of us were from different Trip Companies. We were merged together without our knowledge and sent in a van without a guide.Tripkoo Tourist PakistanTripCrafters PkTour EdgeSo many spots that we were promised were missed, even at the main spot—Arang Khel—we were clueless as to where to go, most of the members stayed at Khel—in the van—and a few of us trekked in a rush toward Arang Khel on our own and stayed there for 30 mins and descended back.Accomodation was another poor factor, 5 people were fit into 3 person small room.Being a professional trip planner, one has to organize a trip having all the aspects in mind, especially the time. They need to make sure that the participants will have enough days/time to enjoy the places, with traffic peak time included/excluded.Ours was more like commuting through tumultuous course of Neelum Valley, than staying there and enjoying.

Tripkoo Tourist Pakistan is worst ever tour organiser i came across.8 days of my trip of skardu was not less than spending time in Hell.From Breakfast at local #dhabbas to skipping dinner and then dinner at 2am in morning in worst hotels.... Everything was worst.They showed less than 50% of planned spot.They misbehaved with us at multiple times.3rd class hotels with no water at all.Miserable room and washrooms.Dinner was worst multiple time that once i was about to vomit.They chrged us 19k at first and then 1 day before departure asked for 1k again for a spot where we never reached because of road block.......Not only these 20k i personally spend more than 10k just on juices, water bottles and chips because of their poor Management of time and hotels.(they dont provide you water at all anywhere)We kept on waiting on roads and in hotel lobby because nothing was pre-plannedOn our return we waited 7 hours on road because their buses and drivers was not their and they themselves vanished from spot that we are going to bring them back.I cant explain from which i being through in those 8 days.... And thinking to write a complete blog on it.....If someone ask me to rate Tripkoo i will rate them in minus.

This tour company is such disgusting that I cannot convey strongly enough.. Donot hire this absolute dumb company .. rude staff and pathetic guides .. not all major destinations are covered in visit as promised ... irresponsible behaviour of higher authorities.

This tour operator is so disorganized..I had the worst experience of my life with them,who doesn’t care for his customers.I absolutely rate this agency 0 out of 5 and will not recommend anyone to go with these people.They are robbers who have stolen our money and many other things. They gave us a tour which is not more than a stress and spoiled our time.We had high hopes for our vacations but all of our money and time was spoiled by them.Even the tour guide RIAZ was an addictAnd Mr SUBHAN SETHI(owner of company) appointed him a responsible tour guide for 65 people

So we recently booked a trip with this company & it was the worst experience ever.The food was undercooked and substandard, so much that most of us were on antidiarrheals and antibiotics (blessed to be in a med school here). Imagine getting breakfast meal at 5pm?!The hotels are vvv cheap and dirty. It was honestly beyond my imagination. And very derogatory to all the girls.And most importantly, the plan wasnt followed AT ALL.They had the audacity to alter the itinerary the night before and then, didnt follow it throughout. We hardly saw any points!And the highlight of the trip - 63 people after hiking down from Fairy Meadows drenched in rain waited roadside for 5 hours because the bus drivers had gone off to have food and the tour guides had gone to find them. The management crossed all barriers of stubbornness. They are a highly unprofessional organization - stay away from them as much as possible.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NEVER TAKE SHUJAT OR RIAZ AS YOUR TOUR GUIDE. THEYLL RUIN IT FOR YOU LIKE THEY RUINED SKARDU FOR US. Poor Earth.P.S I am glad to be home alive because honestly it seemed impossible to get home. We literally had to plead them to just let us go home

Booked a 3 day trip to Mallam Jabba and Kalam for a group of 12. We were promised a good and efficient service. Did not deliver.Poor time keeping. Should have departed at 12am, 4 hours late, didnt leave till 4.30amTransportation was too smallHotels were poor. Beds were filthy, washrooms dirtyThere was no hot water and no heating. Outside temp was -15C.... We had to PAY for heatersFood took too longGuide was not helpful, only there to collect payment.Save your money and choose someone else.

Whole trip went as if we were going on a local bus, nothing went according to the plan, multiple spots were missed, accomodation was extremely poor 5 persons in a 3 persons room, breakfast at 3pm and dinner at 2am, overall whole 8 day trip was a mess. The behaviour of the organizer from tripkoo was also very bad and humiliating.
