Have a nice waiting room and bathroom. Support staff is good. Called them for my lost wallet in the bus. They found it in one hour and handed me over next day. All my cards and the little money i have had was safe. Help line operator is very cooperative and talks nicely. But some of there drivers are not up to the mark. They are rude and some time they behave very unprofessional and dont cooperate.

A very pathetic service,in fog speed was slow but it stayed slow even when it was gone.I even told the driver i have to reach urgently kindly speed up but he didnt listen.Yeah i noted one thing the chit chat of staff varied the speed.Zero cooperation and total frustration save time dont go for skyways.

Hi everyone, I have been commuting through Skyways since i came to Pakistan. I have noticed their exceptional service no doubt in punctuality but would recommend personally to add up a feather to their crown by providing telephonic reservation just as their competitors Faisal Movers dose. Also train their front liner team to provide accurate details to all passengers while purchasing their ticket. I am sure someone would follow our general suggestion & take necessary actions.

One of the good bus station in Lahore, providing good transportation services to its passengers of Lahore, Faisalabad, Jhang, Sargodha, Khushaab, Johar Abaad, Sadiq Abad, Mansehra, AbotAbad, Ali Pur etc..Its service is quite satisfactory and also having a waiting room equipped with all essential of a waiting room i.e Washrooms, Waiting chairs, Mosque...Whenever I traveled, I always traveled through this service from Lahore to Jhang.

Their phone number not work, someone attend call and call on hold and disconnect and it happens several times.

It is a transport company. It provide a large range of buses all over the country. Buses all clean. Ac in summer and heater for winter is also available. Its routes are both main Roads GT Road and Motorway. I went many times to Islamabad and Abbotabad. Overall it is a good company.

Good service to travel from sargodha to Islamabad

Worse Experience. We were traveling from Lahore to Islamabad. Driver departed 15 mins late from the station. Took 30 mins for refueling. Driver and Hostess misbehaved with the passengers. Driver willingly left one passenger at filling station because he was protesting against being late. Their manager told him now youll see how will you get your luggage. Us all passengers called motorway police for this issue. They tried to stop the bus on motorway but he willingly didnt stop. Then the police had to chase the bus to stop it. Else, we were fasting and it was 47 degrees outside. But the AC was pathetic, we passed our journey in sweat.. Overall i would prefer a Donkey Cart than this bus service. Pathetic.
