PIA provided good facilities with very gentle staff.

I have never seen ridiculous staff ever in my life, misbehaving with passengers, very poor communication with passengers, working without masks and SOPs

Do I need to tell you its the worst airline on the planet.. Such a shame for our beloved country. Went to saudia for umrah with kids in Dec 2019 and no words to explain it was such a mistake. Daily we used to go to airport with luggage & seats confirmed but they tell us in Arabic that small plane came from Pakistan so no seat for you. When we try to talk to them in English they keep saying only Arabic otherwise Yallah. No PIA staff coming to the counter, not even a single person, can you believe this? Standing for 3 hours & then getting back to hotel with luggage & small kids.

I went to get the right ticket for special flights. The staff was extremely accommodating. There was a ticket system for visiting counters and it was being followed. The waiting area was also good though the seating could have been better. The only issue I had was the parking which was a bit submerged in muddy water and the person standing there to charge it. Though it seems that officially there isnt supposed to be anybody to charge parking.

Im not going to use PIA again I been in Lahore almost 6 month I cant use my returned ticket I spoused to stay only1 month,Theyre forsed me to buy a new spiceal ticket which one Pakistani 4 lake.

Disgusting.. charging 1000 to 1500 extra over online fares. i booked the ticket online 13165rs but they were charging 14400 so i didnt buy the ticket and purchased airblue.

Nice Building Good Service but Parking is Not Good.

I bought a ticket online and they couldnt understand the ticket. Imagine. They charged me extra and when asked what service i was getting for paying for a flexible ticket online. They had no answer. Otherwise polite staff, PIA remains behind all airlines for reasons of basic incompetence.

Flew with PIA from SHJ to MUX on Friday 1st Nov 2019. Upon arriving in Multan, waited for over 1h 30min for my baggage whilst carrying a toddler only to be told that the baggage has not yet arrived and it has been left in Sharjah. The bags contained very important luggage, such as clothes, food, milk, and all basic necessities of a baby and his mother. I was told that my baggage would arrive on Sunday, which was a lie. It arrived on Wednesday 6th of November. I am heading back to Sharjah on Friday 8th of November. My baggage arrived 5 days after me and my trip duration is only 7 days. Extremely disappointed in this service by our national airline. I am deeply ashamed, as a Pakistani citizen, to call PIA the national airline of my country. I am never to trust this airline again, or fly with them in the future including my trip back to Sharjah

PIA SUCKS!!Details:-This is one of the most Shittiest places in Lahore youll ever vist in your life.Today I faced very much difficulty just for a domestic booking. I got a token for myself and got the details about my flight. I had to confirm the date so I told the person to just hold it for a minute and Ill do a confirmation call, (Poor Network Service due to effing Jammers), I returned after a min and guess what..... I had to take a new token and wait for 30 effing minutes again. I told the manager or whoever the Senior person was, he said that Youll have to wait no matter what.There is no proper system. No respect for the elders. Mostly staff is just roaming around and the people are waiting sitting like corpses waiting for the token call. Their computers are jammed, no proper token numbering, theyll tell you that this doesnt happen often but IT DOES!!So, as a result: PIA SUCKS! :3

You can Book tickets and flights for almost all major cities of the world. The complex where PIA is located is a house to all major Pakistani airlines. If you want schedule a flight in person, do visit the place. It is situated right next to Punjab Assembly and Wapda House. On the backside of PIA Building you can find Falleties Hotel.

Worst service ever. There is guy Gondal at PIA Lahore airport. There service is so poor that guy did not onlaod me on pk 797 on August 9th. He lacked training and did not know how to onload a con on a flight 60 minutes before the flight. He wasted my 2 days just to save his 10 minutes. If you travel PIA perhaps it arrives. Prepare for worst. No doubt they closed down NY route. Also only 1 flight to Doha. I guess its on verge of extinction due to plight of its manpower.
