Friendly staff and very happy with their food

This office does not answer phone calls, you have to visit them and face big Q. If you ask them why dont you answer the phone, they will answer their staff is busy. If this is the situation then they should stop advertising the phone number. Instead of helping customers they are creating trouble for the foreigners.

It was great expirence to fly with Qatar airways.Their crue staff is really cooperative and friendly , Food was serving so amazingly and fresh.

This office represents Qatar Airways officially. The staff is good which includes both male and female staff. Being kind of officials, they have very good detailed knowledge about airline and visa issues for Qatar.If you wanna pay via credit card, they will not charge any % like other nearby agents

Excellent airline. Their in air services are amazing plus their layover in Doha was a good experience as one of our friend lost her wallet in Doha airport and they helped us find it.

My favorite airline of all time. Comfortable seats, good enough leg room, head space, food is fresh and tasty. Cabin crew is corporative.

I cannot forget they charge me 42$ for extra legroom space and there was no extra legroom. Bad experience.

Bad customer support service.

Good Airline with latest aeroplanes and good food and service.

They are very slow and open only one counter to entertain all the customers. They dont even have proper power backup/generator and if there is power shutdown which is pretty obvious in Pakistan, they ask you come again tomorrow regardless of how long you have been waiting for your turn.

Although the staff is supporting but I have always found, some sort of problem at their office. Either the internet connection is down or electricity is off. Which has always caused long waits at their office.

It was good flight, except the end, our luggages were theft. Locks were cut and things were stolen. We came to realize after we had travel to our city.

Poor services when it comes to International departure from pakistan. They should not have anything to do with the visa. Their responsibility is to check if the ticket is confirmed but they always make passanger wait in visa checking
