Attached are the screen shots: AoA- I took price quote from this lady for Umrah and visit for Oman. When i asked for visa fee of 4-5 days visit she told me 40,000. I just told her that official visa fee is just OMR 20 as most of travel agencies were charging PKR 12-14 thousand rupees so I wanted to inquire why are you charging this one. And this is their response. This is their customer support, It shows how much they actually care about you.
Even that one star is not earned neither deserved they are the worst agency in town.I had a flight from Lahore to Canada with Saudi Airlines and instead of informing me of the flight cancellination due to diplomatic rift between the two countries they told me when I informed them that they will charge me for telling them that Saudi Airlines has cancelled flights.Also instead of contacting the Saudi airline and rerouting and re scheduling my flight against the service charges they had already received they demanded an additional 83 thousand rupees for issuing new tickets. They were morally and legally bound to do so by contacting the Saudi airline and by making a claim to the Saudi airline.In devastation I asked them to please cancel my ticket if they won’t do anything about rerouting or rescheduling so that I can purchase it myself. On that they said they will charge another 27 thousand for cancelling my tickets when I inquired that you have already taken service charges and are not doing anything then atleast cancel. They said it’s not Faremakers but Saudi Airline was charging that amount. On inquiry from Saudi Airline I was given a certified letter stating they are not going to charge a single penny from passengers. Then they changed statement and said this was Faremaker’s service charges.They had already received service charges at time of issuing and were refusing to resolve the issue with Saudi airlines and weren’t even cancelling without asking for additional money. They therefore, made it sure that I could not go and purchase ticket from elsewhere.Additionally their staff was also extremely rude. They are very polite initially before you give them money for ticket once you have given the money and there is a problem they start misbehaving.I had to grudgingly rebook my tickets from them on which they claimed to charge 1 thousand service fee per ticket however, when I contacted Saudi Airlines office myself I was informed that on previous tickets they had charged 10000 service fee. And when I checked online for the new tickets they had charged 18 thousand as service fee yet again for the service they had already charged for.Faremakers are unashamed liars, cheaters and swindlers with not an iota of professional decency. I would recommend that people should purchase tickets directly from airlines. Instead of falling for these con artists.
I got a seat reservation through Faremakers travel channel(website) in Pakistan. Due to some reason I had to cancel the said reservation? Turkish airlines gave me in writing that 130 USD will be deducted in case of refund in the class i got seat reserved. however Faremakers told me 160 USD and ultimately charged 171 USD. Height of being unfair is that they will refund my cash in 45 days. how pathetic and unbecoming it is. Now u can very well imagine there performance.

Well they tried to cheat.
Bad service and training. Do not have a proper client agent relationship. Did not deliver applications on time and requested us to come collect it from the main office ourselves. The agent took 4 days to process applications and still made errors which required us to pay again at the visa office and get the applications made.
