There is always queues in front of lift area. No social distancing in lifts. No banners in lifts to maintain space. Mask adherence is only to enter after that it is all your choice. Family days will restrict to visit Food court without families there should be some alternatives.

CHILDREN ARE LIKELY TO MISPLACE SO BE CAREFUL. I recommend to hang CELL NUMBER TAG around the neck of little children. Cleanliness , security and parking are also highly appropriated.

Good brands and good place ,the only problem with carrefour there is they dont provide you bags for Groceries etc rather they force you to buy shopping bag which is weird.

It has great utilization of space inside the mall, great lighting and good ambiance.Variety of Stores are present there. Household groceries, furniture, clothing brands, shoe brands and other range of products are available as well.Bathrooms are clean. Kids Play Area is available as well. The Cinema there is one of the Best Cinemas in Lahore.There is a Big Food Court with seating area available and some dine-in restaurants as well but the food mostly is not worth the money, so Not Recommended.Security is tight. Car Parking is available but Bike Parking is not available in the Mall. Outside the Mall, parking is available but there is no Proper bike parking area. The Emporium Mall Management should look into this matter for the public.

Overall good Mall with all major brands. Very popular and rushy place. Includes Carrefour supermarket as well.4 starts because there shoukd be trolly assisted stairs between floors. Lifts arent enough as compared to people in there so, during rush hours, you may have to wait a lot before you can have your turn especially if you are with your family.

Zero health care is the best brand for providing health and fitness equipments. My father had a severe back pain, doctor recommended him some medication but couldn’t get that level of satisfaction. Massage chair was recommended by the doctor as well so we ordered one from this brand and he is now perfectly well and fit. Thanks to you zero health care.

Like several other malls it also caters a grocery store (carrefour) vast range of apparel and accessories brands, both national and multi national, a cinema, ample covered parking place for cars, child play/fun zone and the biggest food court of Pakistan. The mall has luxuary offices available for rent and It has also a 5 star hotel by Nishat attached to it.

Very good selection of stores, you can find from fine jewelry to groceries, clothes to kids theme park, and grab a bite while there. Huge parking, at least for cars, heard not so good for motorcycles, but reality is that I dont think this mall was created with that demographic in mind. Its a family friendly mall, even though you can expect a lot of single guys some nights (those are times that as a woman you dont want to be there).Price wise is not cheap, upper middle class up, but all kind of people go. Parking is a fixed small fee. The food court has a little bit of everything. A nice movie theater also by the food court. Plenty of restrooms (called washrooms in here, go figure) pretty clean in general. The Nishat Hotel shares premises and parking with the mall.Overall a nice shopping center.

It is a good but sure need improvement in certain area. Their washrooms tab, they must create some rules for food court, some restaurant are playing with peoples money. Emporium Management must be vigilent about it.
