Good for buying all kind of tickets. I have been regular customer of Faremakers but now getting cheap tickets from other online portals as well. Called them few times for getting some information but they always say that give us your number and we will get back to you but then nobody calls for follow-up and otherwise they keep calling just to ask do you have any travel plans. Please improve your customer services .

Really bad service. All they are interested is money. Once you pay them they wont even look at you. My friend missed her flight because they never had a confirmation from their airline. To make things worst they said its not their fault so no apologies. They even refuse to pay for her taxi home. I am beyond shocked and discussed. This will end in court. 3 weeks back I bought a ticket to Guangzhou from Lahore from this service business called faremakers. one day before my flight, unfortunately, the flight was canceled by the airline I claimed for a refund as per the rules of shaheen airline if the flight is canceled by their side full refund at the time of claim is paid to the customers. I visited faremakers again on the same day when I came to know about the cancellation of the flight. The salesperson Saqib Zia was dealing with me. He tried to make me satisfied saying full refund will be given to me within 10 days. Although I knew the time was more than the usual time required for an airline to send a refund, I agreed. After 2 days I called them again to confirm my claim of the refund they said it will take 45 days and there will be some charges, some hidden chrges maybe 1000 or 1200. I agreed heavy heartedly as I needed that refunded amount to get another ticket as being late was causing loss of my studies. I called shaheen official number to know about the updates and what they told me left me in extreme surprise. They hadnt received any claim of refund from faremakers. I called the complaint department and told them the whole story. My salesperson moved my case to another salesperson. Later I was told my claim to refund is forwarded. The next day Shaheen informed me that I can collect the refund from the agents whenever I want. On enquiring from Mr. Saqib Zia, he was ready to give me the refund but 4k less than original. I asked for the managers number which he refused to give. And was very rude. Making the long story short, I called their manager and requested him to pay attention to my case. Later he told me Mr. Saqib Zia was trying to keep his own interest and now I can receive 40k. the next day I visited their office to get my refund, there were 4 salespersons sitting in the office they were trying to convince me that I made a useless effort calling the manager as they were about to give me refund as soon as possible, made me wait for about 45 minutes and at the end said the cheque needs to be signed by the head of the department which was on leave. I got angry at this, first, they themselves called me to collect money and then after wasting about 45 minutes were not able to pay me. I suffered continuous mental torture due to their so-called (providing excellent services to the customers). It took me about an hour to reach their office and still they asked me to come again tomorrow like wow how easy is it for people like them to waste others time. Highly non-professional. I wont suggest this travel agency to anyone they only like wasting time and money of others

Dont fool yourself with their marketing. They are a fraudster company and no regard for the customer. Recently i bought a ticket from them and they got my name wrong with first & last name. I did ask them while buying the ticket and they assured me it wont be sn issue but when i went to took the flight they didnt let me board and i had to take a new flight. They promised me that they will get me a refund from the airline but they didnt do anything and i lost 110000/- because of them.

The most unprofessional service I have ever used. Bought a ticket worth Rs17,000 but later I decided to cancel way before the flight. The guy didnt take any action till after the flight time and later told me that I will only be refunded Rs7000. This is absurd. Never going to use this service again.
