Worst transportation service ever. Always need to guide drivers about location,they dont follow GPS. Drivers caused extra charges by reaching late on pickup location and if you asked them about delay, they have same answer Sorry I dont belong to this city or my map is not updated by creem.Recently I had a ride and total fare was only 214 rp, I was in rush as I needed to catch a bus and when I arrived at destination, careem driver doesnt have change and neither do i, so i asked him to add the balance amount in wallet. Later on I have checked there was no balance amount. Btw I have paid 1000 rp and after fare deduction balance would have been 786rp. But driver took advantage of situation and he put money in his pocket and now creem service providers are not taking responsibility. As per them drivers are not allowed to add balance more than 400. I have never heard or read such policy before, since this is fraud case careem must take action against the driver.Moreover with same ride careem team changed my Go Service option into Go Plus without consulting me,when i selected Go option while booking. I must say this is a pathetic Service ever. I will never use it again even my recommendation not to support such irresponsible service providers.

I feel this system is beneficial for itself just by maintaining a simple software, second beneficiary is User and least beneficial to the investor putting vehicles in it. Its my view.

The office is at third story there is no chair lift facility but good staff and cooperative also. Cool water dispenser also available. They resolve your queries about your vehicle on priority.

The first e-cab service of Lahore and other major cities in Pakistan which became a hit at start but with the passage of time comrpomised on its standards initially set but still the most efficient way to get around the city. Plus rates are really nominal and drivers usually know about most places so GPS and maps can be overlooked as its hard for the local Careem work force to understand the directions given.

Always had a great experience of riding with careem, also its affordable.Infact mobile application is user friendly. Whenever I visit Karachi or Lahore, Careem is at my top priority. So overall they are doing great.

I went there for a shoot, the staff was friendly and cooperative, they also provided us with a car, but during my work they wanted to intervene in the interview and shoot which I did not like. Rest was fine, there driver was with us till night, we had dinner together, which he was shying away from, but we forced him.

Terrible. My sis used it just a while ago. Driver misbehaved with her and used the language i cant even use here. Im actually going to file a harassment case atm. I called their helpline but all it says a representative will talk to you in a short while. If this is how you plan to do business then this is it.

Careem is providing support for needy drivers and fulfilling the deficiency of poverty in pakistan.

Your service is very bad.you are hiring people who dont know how to talk to the passenger and they started misbehaving with the passenger i had a really bad experience with ur service and i have submitted a complaint but they didnt give me good responce and the driver is having my luggage which I accidently forgot in the car which he is refusing to give it back..........your reputation is deep down.

Car registration process is killing, i had to visit careem head office 5 time to get my car registered. :( their should be a proper one time guidance plan, or they should provide all the necessary information to get the car registered. very complicated process. you guys should release a detailed document online so the persons willing to register their cars can read and come to your office once and for all. and yes the App ADMA sucks :( they should learn a lesson or two from uber Driver App :) simply amazing app. ADMA is complicated and seems non professional app. which is why i guess she is not at App store yet. she aint approved may be. bottom line is careem should focus on such details. i have seen people who came to registered their cars but ends up making their mind to never came back because of the complicated process of registration. no hate for careem i love working with careem but some improvements must needs to make.

I had a really terrible experience some of your drivers are soo soo stubborn I called careem at anarkali bazaar and the driver only came tuo hafiz juice now how could it be possible that I walk to hafiz juice along with my two kids band shopping bags which were very heavy and he cancelled the ride by him self and careem upgraded my ride another time again signed a driver which was unluckily the same driver who kept on refusing to come in within 1 or 2 km distance I am very disappointed and will never opt for careem again Uber and al Barak charge more but at least they do not ditch you at the middle of the road at night when your are standing alone with your two small kids really pisses off!!!
