So i visited this office of ptcl on 7 january 2021, i did not have to wait for my turn. there was a man who talked to me nicely. and then i paid my bill of 2400 and he gave me a receipt.

Good Working environment

One stop shop have very good attitude towards clients. Had to close my connection and I was treated with respect. Kudos to the one stop shop team.

I got my new 4g activated ufone sim and surely its working in my area, but I really didnt satisfied the behaviour of security gaurd and as well ufone authorities.
