I bought Giant Escape 3 cycle from Sk Corporation and after 10 days the seat came off the tyre got punctured despite riding the bike on smooth road and less than 3 kms everyday. I took the bike to their shop to know why this happened despite purchasing a brand new cycle for almost 80k and started having problems with the first 10 days. I was told that as it a professional bike it needs maintenance. I dont think so! The bike was brand new and only took 10 days for the seat to come off and tyre get punctured. I was charged again 1000 for the service of the bike and just after 2 days the seat came off again. Pathetic experience! Never buying anything from them again. Not recommended.
