Congested place as they have a lot of work load but wat impressed me that staff was really polite and was trying to work as fast as they could.That was something you dont usually find in government institutes these days.

Extremely rude , aggressive , obstinate , arrogant & offensive management , staff comparatively polite & courteous . All the notice boards , office orders , guidelines & notifications removed from the walls , clients are left to grope in the dark regarding their savings , investments , profits & mandatory deductions .No written orders or notifications -- Accounts are handled at the will & whim of management . Just verbal orders !Clients are advised , manipulated , harassed , threatened & then finally ordered to disinvest their past savings as according to the Officer Incharge , the World Bank & IMF are against the high profits on these Saving Schemes . Who runs this Centre ? World Bank ? IMF or Government of Pakistan ? Its not clear as yet ! So , leave this place , sooner the better !
