Very poor management no sitting and waiting area. Staff attitude and behaviour is very very bad with customers and citizens. Very slow service.Old system. No Atm service. No online service.. really need to improve the service specially they should do online system too
Mismanagement,No Proper Token System and Still using Old Files for Record Keeping no Computerized Data is kept for customers ,Lot of Time Wastage and Even Very Small Waiting area for Old Citizen is available when there is delay in Services
Good for investment, though the lack of staff is the issue, but they are co-operative and help old people in their issues. It is time consuming to wait there for long times and i am hoping for betterment of this valuable facility.

Doesnt feel like bank, and no information desk for help.
