Nice place, service was superb, food was awesome. The outdoor environment was fabulous, I love the changes they have made to the outdoor setup. Totally recommended!

Not good service, 3rd time disappointed. They cut tax but did not accept debit card for payment , thery charge cash but did not give tax invoice. Not recommend.

It is a purpose built small facility with sections for outdoor and indoor seating. Indoor is air-conditioned but the outdoor is managed with most fans. It appears a relatively newer property. The best thing is the food that they offer at an incredibly reasonable price. It is a PRA monitored restaurant so expect the Sales Tax as you pay the bill. The food is cooked fresh so expect a slight wait for the food you order. Staff is Professional and trained, they will take care of your needs.Food has a variety from BBQ to other basic Desi food to the fast food and Chinese.Good experience.Worth it though.

Service is quicker than most restaurants. Taste is okay. Place is very family friendly. Staff is also very polite.

They told us after 20 mins wait that Halwa Poori is finished.Naan Chana was just fine though. They offered complementary Paye after complaining

We have been visiting Al Fazel Restaurant, Nespak Housing Scheme at least once a month since 2014. We come all the way from New Garden Town. Without any hesitation, I will say that we have never been disappointed in presentation, food and service. We have always been looked after very well by all staff.... especially by senior order taker Mohammad Iklaaq. I highly recommend this eating place which has excellent atmosphere, taste and service all-round...Keep it up boys!!

The chicken karahi is amazing. The malai both and fried rice are also good. The raita wasnt very good as it was quite sour. The mixed fruit salad was not up to the mark as there was too much mayonnaise and less cream.

This is a wonderful place to enjoy a bbq outside.You can enjoy with your children at this joint......especially at nightfall...check the peak hours before you leave home.The budget is quiet reasonable for a group of 5 to 7 people.

Got a housefly in the salad once, on another occasion the delivery guy forgot to bring the complete order but took the money anyways and never came back with the rest of the order.

It used to be good but now quality has dropped, sitting is not good and light arrangement is bad. Mostly known for take away and delivery but they increased the minimum delivery as well even if its 3 min drive on bike. Its original desi is ok for dine in but if its about take away they will give in plastic shoppers and extremely hot at that which is bad for health. Parking area is very limited and cant handle more than 4 cars because its on main rd. Ive tried dine in here a couple times but that was bad experience everytime. They mess up order and food felt like freezed
