Well ambiance is just amazing, Morocco music and interior is awesome, staff is polite and humble. A nice addition to the eateries of Lahore.Situated on M.M.Alam road near Howdy.Serves Moroccan, Labanese, Continental and Pakistani Food.Ambiance is outstanding, cozy and worth spending time. Seats are comfortable.Food quality and quantity is awesome. Less spicy so adequate for all age groups.Their BBQ platter costs 1695/- and enough for two.They serve traditional Arabic Soup/Yakhni with dates. Youll start loving soup as you take 2,3 spoons of it.They serve HUMUS along with platter and HUMUS is awesome.Platter items were served on a large wooden piece which is again a class in its ownAfter the meal MOROCCAN QAHWA with mint leaves is complimentary so Id suggest to try this qahwa rather than cold drinks. Qahwa serving is mesmeric with smoke floating all around. WoWBill serving style is very good in a small treasure box.Overall its great place to have family and official dinners if youre fond of healthy and less spicy hygienic food.Loved every bit of this visit. Dar marrakesh is a really nice place with great atmosphere and ambiance.The staff is professional and the service is quick.Talking about the food, they serve very fine quality Moroccan and Lebanese food.The meat was very tender and a person who likes such cuisines will definitely like their taste.The mint margarita was also very good and had perfect taste and slushiness.

Very nice place to visit. Sittings are quite good. We ordered Dar Marakesh BBQ plater which actually come up very good choice at the end.In start they offer their special soup with dates and lemon. Then we had BBQ plater quantity was very good for two persons.3 types of BBQ, Naan, rice, salad, Khumas and raita was part of plater.In the end they served their Lebanese Kehwa (complimentary) which was awesome, specially the presentation style.Overall food looked hygienicI must recommend this place to be visited once.

Food and environment is good but service is average..

Beautifully designed. Do give the feel of some exotic arabian place. Staff is efficient and courteous.Offers variety of moroccan, lebanese and other arabian food. Platters are famous here and there are plenty of them to choose from, depending on taste and the serving size.

Well just giving 4 stars based on the shortage of items its only 10 pm and they dont have mutton available. About taste of the food that I ordered it was great from adana kebab to platters. One must try

Ive been here with friends. Food and ambiance was good but staff and Courtesy was pathetic.You can get good food even from a roadside dhaba but coming to such an expensive restaurant always needs courtesy of your host which badly lacks here.Id never come here again.

Went to dar Marrakesh resturan for a dinner and I have order his platter 2 and platter 3 and more thing the food was yummy and his presentation is really different and attractive I am impressed to visit here.

I live in overseas and was suggested to eat food at Dar Marrakesh by some friends! After trying the food I must tell you it’s the best restaurant in Lahore to have Middle Eastern food!! The ambiance is also awesome!! Overall! highly Recommended!!! Great taste and Ambiance! Must try!

Mutton tagine is a must must must try. Just had my birthday dinner with my husband and we absolutely loved the ambiance, food and the kehwa. Wish they start serving harira soup and the dar special salad again.

The ambiance was excellent. Specially the Labanese Kabsa and Moroccon Qehwa was Excellent. One must try the arabian cuisine.

For starters, we went for the Hummus. It treaded the thin line between good and excellent. A well done Hummus offering, that doesnt come out as too soupy - With the caveat that it isnt as well flavored as it could be. Up the ante on the paprika, maybe? Or, a dash of garlic? Its sad that one would get such fine Hummus to taste flat in ones mouth.For the main course, we tried their Tangine, Kabsa and Shish Taouk. The crown of awesomeness went to the Tangine. Finely done; A subtly-rendered but very rich blend of spices; A total show-stealer. The Kabsa is referred to by Dar Marrakesh as their speciality and rightly so. Its rich in taste and the meat is well done. Both are highly recommended. Finally, the Shish Taouk: The last amongst equals; The cooks-who-they-would-insist-are-chefs (to use my father-in-laws typically witty expression) had over done the meat to an off-putting blackness. However, I have no doubts about the quality of their ingredients or their overall ability to deliver a tasty punch. You are welcome to have another shot at the Shish Taouk even as it didnt work for us.Next, the interiors and the ambience are a bit on the overdone side, flying just under the Gaudy Radar. Having said that, they still manage a decent showing. At nighttime, with all the lights, lamps and glittery trinkets aglow, Dar Marrakesh promises to deliver an exotic Oriental experience that is imbued with a ruby warmth and that, ultimately, comes together.Finally, some of us felt that they could improve their service a little bit. There is, of course, room for improvement always.

To me the food quality is not good at all as compared to the money you spend. The ambiance is also not good and the service was pathetic due to unprofessional staff who dont care about your comfort and needs. The washroom is very dirty. There is no baby seat avaliable for the young ones.Coming back to the quality of the food it doesnt have a hint of arabic taste and being a foody you find their cousine is like continental.In short the resturant is much expensive with poor quality of food, ambiance and service. Its a total wastage of your time and money and i am surprised to see its rating on internet, i think its too much over-rated
