I am totally disappointed from this KFC outlet due to took almost 40 minutes from the drive throu , is it make scene, taking 40 minutes .Staff members also none professional. There was very long queue of customers for their orders. No one took care of their valuable customer. It should be less then one star actually.

Had the real taste after a long time. It was fresh and cooked as prescribed.

Very very fast delivery and top notch quality ! received my order in 9 mints although i am their 7 years old customer from TNB branch but they trying to improve their selves continuously. 9 mints delivery.. i am literally more than impressed

Very difference in taste between karachi KFC and lhr KFC not good

Drive through ordered for zinger burgers and paid full pricefor that. However, malafidely they provided us crunch burgers insteadof Zinger. When we complained about that, they had no excuse but to sorry it was done mistakenly. Be careful customers

They always try to trick the customers by not giving desired order. Like one time they missed out cheese despite the fact that they received the amount for it. Once they gave 4 leg pieces in My 5 deal. Which is against the policy of KFC, they always missed out sauces with the order as advertised by KFc.

KFC is a place we always loved. Be it kids or other family members it used to be our favourite place but since last couple of years KFC has really lower their standards as far as taste and hygiene is concerned. No standard taste as every branch has got different taste , sometimes the food is fresh but mostly these days its NOT. Please look into this matter as KFC is only trying to stay in market by introducing cheap deals .

The only positive, I found one cleaning boy very efficient. Other than this, order taking staff is pathetic. Imagine... 50 minutes to have your requested order. Branch guys... Get Better!!!

So poor service I just received call that my order will be deliver with in 17 mins and now I just received call for confirmation and they are saying u will have to wait for 30 mins ? What is this .

Pathetic service. ordered food today waited 45 minutes. Called KFC hotline 2 times and waited 30 minutes and came to know the order is cancelled as Thoker branch is closed. If thats the case then why the fkn app took the order to begin with. Useless app, unhelpful service, poor customer service. Hate KFC for life.

Fast food restaurant where KFC taste with spices can be enjoyed. They serve non spicy foods as well but range is limited.They offer sandwiches, drinks, grilled meats sandwiches, etc.

2019 VisitI visited yesterday and Ive to say only cleanliness of floor improved. Food is pathetic as always. Rotten iceberg in burger. Re-heated chicken. This is the worst KFC in town. I did not get bill for my purchase because system was down. When I insisted, they told me to wait for some time. But since it was take away I couldnt wait. Although I decided to not to visit this branch but then I saw remarkable improvement in garden town branch. But this branch is still a black sheep.2018 VisitPoor service. Poorest hygiene, if you find supervisor eating fries bare hand dont be surprised! I wish there was a black star or thumbs down. One star doesnt justify. Clueless local management. They dont even attend drive thru at times. In my last three visit here, two times drive thru window was closed. First time I parked and went inside the restaurant and the manager said shift is changing (it was around 8 pm). What an amazing peak time shift change policy. Second time i went to hardees nearby. Ive decided to never go there.

The worst kfc in lahore. Pathetic quality plus many items on the menu become unavailable after 9 pm. Also the drive thru staff is very unprofessional!!

Freshly cooked Zinger Stacker that I purchased was not only juicy and crispy but also offer great value for money.

I love KFC but my experience not good here they didnt give straw for drinks and forget to give spoon as well but taste always good as per standard
