Very small place, almost no seating area, incompetent staff who cannot even handle to take one picture. Takes hours to just get a learner license that too if you are lucky enough to be available when they have electricity supply or else NEXT DAY! Horrible place, no system at all. They give counter numbers to everyone but no one follows it. If you are rich or have a reference no line for you come right through. No separate lines for females but they want YOU to feel that and be responsible for it and give them the allotment firsr regardless of their sequence number. Horrible performance, horrible staff.... ZERO STARS

Staff slow lazy but can complete your work i make chrecter certificate 1 pic passport size id card and passport first page copy with attest gazzet officer 50rs stamp paper can make all kali kothi near najam hospital ... I attested from lda school ... 100rs fees for tcs take 1 week to comes thanks

The staff is cooperative and good tempered, but gets irritated sometimes, because of over work. Too much rush. Building too much narrow to accommodate the customers. Inadequate facilities to sit, extremely dirty look of building, furniture, and surroundings. In this computer age, in 21st century, there are many silly procedures to get learning liscence. With computer still need a manual register, filling a medical certificate form, which can be on computer fillable form. Need two mobile Nos. whereas all sims are now registered with Nadera ID. The other strange requirement is need of photocopy of Nadera card and written on it, two mobile No., height and blood group. No contact landline No. in this building

I visited iqbal town branch for the renewal of my driving licence at about 1pm on 31st August 2019 but the concerned person (Mr. Safdar) sitting there refused to take my application and advised me to come on monday morning at 8am. I requested him manytimes as i am in Pakistan just for short stay but no benefit for all my requests. He suggested me to visit liberty branch for quick response.

Rude staff, and very slow and time waste

So rushy area not well maintained receptionist behind the lines first you stand in line if any problem in doucments then your time is waste

Waited for 3 hours and by the time my turn came they took their break for another hour and then had to wait another hour after break to finally get a learner license which had multiple mistakes.

There were safarshi people and we did not get a chance to even get our learners driving license!

One of the worst facilitation centres. They dont even tell u the procedure. It is better to get anyone who has already been there.

Worst experience. Office time is till 4 pm, they give you token and keep you standing in que. As it is 4 O clock, they close all the files and services, leave the office without dealing the persons waiting with their token in hand. If their office time is till 4, they should not issue token after certain number. Worst ever service.

Visited for Regular license renewal and they have processed the application in approximately 10 minutes(if you have everything ready like required Tickets, and forms etc.)Working slot is till 4:00 PM (Break Time 1:00 to 2:00 PM)

No open and closing hours are mentioned niether on the dlims website nor here on google maps!

Sometimes very uncooperative in busy hours but if you visit in early morning, things are easier to do.

Bad experience. waited for 3 hours, no one was there to get driving licence renewed. Only learners licence were being issued.
