Very nice place. . Better than run of the mill gourmet but lower than uppity places though the quality is as much the same as those big names.

Very bad experience , it was today at almost 1300 hrs almost . I went to fetch some things .A male and a female young staff was at cash counter. Initially they charged 1260 Rs and handed me a bill of 731 Rs I was suspesious that writen bill was 731 and they verbally communicated 1260 and even took the amount , after digging the situation deep they asked they charged my sweet separately. I thought I only bought 1 sweet of 80 gram how it is 530 Rs while its cost was 650 per kg. When I asked for recalculation the staff said they dont know how to add sweet in software so they roughly calculated and charged separately. They took my sweet out saying I should not buy it. It was really strange .moreover they argued that they need my bill for adjustment and didnt gave me bill.Never have I seen such a service.

But the place was very conjusted due to extensive products availability.

Worse staff and worst customer service. This will spoil companys image regardless of the fact that the food quality of this bakery is quite good. wahdat road staff needs to be trained as customers need to be satisfied as a priority.

Quality is not up to the mark..selling stale products.. if u r setting a higher price than the market and claiming that u r selling premium quality products than u need to work on meeting the standards all the time..

Just average bakery shop. Pastry and cakes are below average in taste. Salad is good. Freshly baked items are also fine in taste. Few grocery eatables including frozen foods also available.

If u r going to purchase packed food like ready made by some other companies like chocolates bottles food items etc place is awesome but if u are going to purchase their own bakery item then prices are more than high and food taste is just average. Poor delivery system. Even if u order chiken pasta salad u just find pasta and a single or 2 very small traces of chicken in it. Not recommended.

My regular buying bakery where I normally bought bread, eggs, milk and all bakery items of your needs.I like the brown bread because there taste and texture is soo good which you will not found any other bakery.They have also live baking sandwiches and pizzas. Cake varieties also very good here, even you print any picture of your choice on the cake.Fresh items with expiration date which is easier to choose.I normally bay from wahdat road branch and you can find near your areas. They have card payment option available as well as accept voucher also.

Very very worst bakery, I bought cake from here for giving it to some relatives. But when they opened it was worst ever cake , expired an d rotten .I returned the cake to shop, they accepted return and give the excuse that chiller was not working. Anyway I advise whenever purchase any item from them, check it before you buy. Worst experience..

Their muffins are good.But every time you order a Wrapzilla, no matter which one you order you get the same wrap with a dusty taste.

Bread and Beyond is, in my opinion, the best outlet for bakery products. Everything they provide is fresh and sumptous. Their prices are a bit steep but that pain soon disappears once their products hit your taste buds!

Service was amazing. Once i needed tortilla bread and I visited Wahdat Road branch and it was unavailable. I called on MM Alam branch. Within 20 minutes i received 2-3 calls about the issue and within 40 minutes i have tortilla breads delivered at my place.

Their bakery is neat and tidy which is good. However, the taste can be improved.
