Good range of food products on offer. Their pizza, burgers and sandwiches are good enough to compete with any top brand. Their receipts and website ordering process needs some work though - direct payment through Credit Cards is missing which causes confusion for online orders. Also tax adjustment is not properly reflected on their receipts. It would also be great if they can add discounted items on their website (currently on display at their outlets only) to help improve the online customer experience.

Small but has the usual suspects. Its near Masooms and Alfatah. It brings to you standard Jalal Sons fare. Theres a grocery store in the basement and some household stuff on the first floor. It tends to be rushy and feels cramped. Not the best staff. Actually, the worst, rudest staff of all Jalal Sons outlets! I wouldnt go here unless I really have to and I cant go to any other Jalal Sons outlet. Theres a good one nearby at DHA Phase 5 Commercial Area.

I usually enjoy going here for shopping . But this particular time , quite a few items on my list werent available which was quite frustrating. I thought Id rather go to alfateh where I can be sure to get everything on my shopping list

Very poor and slow service.I order pizza on phone and went to collect after 25 min and paid the bill and i was told to wait 6 more min .After waiting 10 min I went to pizza section unfortunatly pizza was not ready even .Reply was no one order yet i showed them bill than they asked me to wait 20 min..im their regular customer i offen noticed customers shouting them.I decided not to go their any more.POOR MANAGEMENT.

Bought the peri peri pizza today and found it to be extremly disappointing . It felt it has some sand-like particles in the meat of of the pizza.

I wish Jalal sons would have more consistent inventory. Their stock changes so much I cant depend on the same things being there (ground coffee being a major example, but also things like coconut/kishmish). Also their produce is really hit or miss, you really have to go at certain times to make sure you can get a selection of veggies and fruit that are actually fresh. That said, I love their brown bread options and other bakery items.

Jalal Sons is considered a premium bakery and hence, you have to pay a premium for their products. They have live baking etc at this branch. Burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, fried chicken and Peri-Peri chicken are prepared fresh and their taste is good as well. You can also buy fruits and vegetables and good related groceries from this branch too.

Not as large as some of their other branches but it still covers the basics well. You still get freshly baked Pizza, Burgers and Sandwiches along with their ice cream.The only downside is that since its small, things can go out of stock quickly for the day depending on how many people show up to shop. The parking space is quiet large though thanks to bring a corner building.

There is a bakery inside this departmental store. Try their pizza and youll find it better than Pizza Hut. Their sandwiches are better than most. While you come here for kitchen groceries or electronics, how decor or kids birthdays party, dont miss the bakery section. Thats is a chain store and youll find other branches service equal quality.

Their pizza is great . I tried the beef burger and found it very greasy and the beef was smelly as well . Its really expensive too burger with fries was for 600 rs. Their pizza sortof seemed to justify its price still pricey .Their bakery items and cakes are great tasting but sometimes the quality drops and one must be vigilant for rotten items (have had a few bad experiences)

My this review is particularly egarding service level of this branch in live kitchen section.It was extremely pethatic, very poor. staff in kitchen didnt bother what buyer / customer has ordered and what is delivered, especially order prep time is something customer is not supposed to ask, you just place order reat its upto kitchen staff when they prepare and deliver your order.Jalal Sons is name of quality but their staff is damaging it with their poor service level.

One of the best grocery store. If you are a food lover you must have this place in your list for grocery shopping as you can fine all the ingredients for your recipes and they have wide variety of cooked foods as well for example pizzas and sandwiches.

The two stars are for the Cake! So called Ferrero Rocher cake.. Extremely over priced while terribly ordinary quality! comparing it with similar bakeries like Kitchen Cuisine, Baba Bakers etc.They are good for grocery and perhaps pizza as well but no value for money for the cakes..at all.

Really hope for some quality brand like Tehzeeb to come and break the monopoly of Jala Sons. Quality is better as compared to other chains in Lahore but the premium being charged for that is not justified. Do compare with the products from Tehzeeb to get an idea what could justify the premium.
